Our unique hillside location provides a serene setting with beautiful views of the Penobscot Bay from our 80' veranda and spacious guest areas. We offer a wonderful queen room with a private bath and an optional full breakfast for a reasonable rate. Our historic colonial home offers fireplaces, a library, and a living room for our guests!

Guest room in a private home

My home is located in a small town on a dirt road and very private. The rt 1 coast/ocean is about 25 minutes away and offers lighthouses, lobster and Maine hospitality. This guest room has a full size bed that is stacked with pillows and an antique quilt, dresser and closet space. The bathroom boasts of a shower as well as a claw foot bathtub should you wish to lay back and relax. There is a television, and an air conditioner in the warmer months as well as a ceiling fan as an alternative.

Climb the spiral staircase to the second story turret tower which has a comfortable chair and couch, TV and fireplace. Our in town location gives our guests a three minute walk to the harbor and downtown Bar Harbor. One dedicated parking space, Fridge, TV, & WIFI. Located on the third floor.

No A/C, not pet friendly. Fans provided. Can sleep 2 adults and 1 child.
