Ideal location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unit provided everything we needed for our stay very much recommend this apartment to anyone planning to travel to Rockport

5 stars! This stay was everything we hoped for and more. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The home itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly maintained. The view of the Motif #1 was absolutely stunning—such a special treat to wake up to each day. The bed was super comfy too, which made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our family. Comfortable bedrooms and twin beds for the kids. Right across the street from the beach and a playground. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. I can’t say enough about this beautiful home in Rockport. The view alone was worth every penny, but the comfortable and stylishly furnished space made it the perfect getaway for our family. Andree gave us great recs for dining, activities etc and was available when we had a question about the property. Already looking forward to another family trip to this lovely spot! It’s truly a gem.

Stayed with a friend in April and it was perfect for our needs. We had a comfy room each and pleasant living space and patio. Bathroom was small but it didn’t matter. Shops and cafes and harbor all very close walk away. There’s a good place on Tuna Wharf to hire ebikes and kayaks to get around, too. No need for a car really. We arrived on the train to Rockport - station is about 15 mins walk away and there’s a good grocery store next to the station.

Cozy, clean apartment within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Wine and toiletries were an extra nice extra touch! Great communication!

Great clean place in Kennebunkport. Friendly, helpful and responsive host. Beautiful views of marshes with outdoor activities to enjoy! Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

Patrick’s home was absolutely beautiful. The house was well furnished with every amenity that we needed. The surroundings were amazing, being right on the water was so stunning. Easily walkable to the local lighthouse and just a short drive away from other local towns! There was plenty of space for our group of 13 people and I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Would definitely come back!

Fantastic spot. We stayed in the fall. It was quiet on the lake. We enjoyed SUPing and Kayaking. Was happy to find “one earth” natural grocer up the road a bit. We enjoyed a fire in the wood stove every night. The Loons were a special treat too. It is steep and lots of stairs to the water but worth the climb. :) Lea was so accommodating and responded immediately to every inquiry. Hoping to book again next fall!

We had a great time at David's place. There was plenty of space with a nice open concept with a great view of the lake. We went in the winter so we couldn't get down to the lake but it was beautiful to see. We would definitely recommend David's place.

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a mother daughter weekend end of March. Great location for each of us coming from different states in New England. The home was very clean, each of us commented on how comfortable the beds were, also loved the good quality linens. The huge dining table was unique for a rental and was awesome for sharing meals and doing arts & crafts. Lots of space and seating in the living room as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Had a great stay! The house was clean, cozy, and just steps away from the lake—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view was beautiful, especially at sunrise. Would definitely come back!

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Christine's place was the perfect home base for hiking and other activities in the area. It's cozy, well-located, and offers beautiful views from a screened-in porch that's right on the water. I'd happily stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at Christophers place. He is a great host, always responsive with clear instructions. Place was peaceful, private and is exactly same as it was in the pictures. Will come soon!

Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!
