This is my favorite neighborhood in Atlanta & right next to my other favorite, Inman Park! There’s a sweet little cat who lives and hangs on the patio deck, which was lovely to sit out on. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is huge. Also the hosts are very responsive and attentive. I was a little worried about being right above someone, but they did a great job of making it private and separated.

Danielle was a great host, the unit was just as described. Communication was great, will be visiting again.

The perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the fire pit. We would love to stay here again.

Fantastic place! Felt super safe, great amenities, it was really nice to have our own parking spot. The renter was very responsive and friendly, overall highly recommend!

Bruce is a very polite and responsive host. the place is at the back of his property, upper floor, with very convenient off street parking. The house sits on a peaceful, well maintained street, very walkable, just a few blocks from downtown Decatur. The place is clean. The furniture is a bit outdated and the pieces a bit mismatched, but they do the job.

This is a great option to explore Atlanta’s growing suburbs and be within distance of the city. Very private in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with access to a huge backyard. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a quick stay in Atlanta! We were in town for a concert at The Eastern, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable night. The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole process seamless. Would absolutely stay here again for future shows or events in the area!

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

We were very comfortable in Melissa's recently remodeled apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen for simple meals, a table for eating or playing games, a couch for relaxing, a spacious bathroom and shower and a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable bed! It was all very clean and nicely decorated. She and her husband were very friendly and gracious in accommodating us for whatever we needed. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

This place was so clean and tidy, the hosts were very proactive and clear with their communication, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is hard to beat with several restaurants and bars within walkable distance. I’d definitely stay here again!

I love that Luisa was so hyped to have us stay her place. When hosts are friendly, sweet, responsive, and so enthusiasm I always love that. The place smelled AMAZING and was so cute because of how simple and cozy it was. This place is ideal for singles or two individuals only. They have games you can play, snacks, and other cute little amenities. The bed was super comfy to me and I loved the walk in shower. I would definitely stay again for sure! They are situated near a school and that made me feel like I was staying in a neighborhood where everyone looks out for each other. They are right off i-20 about 10nins from downtown atl which was very convenient because i-20 is probably the only interstate that's not drowing with traffic all the time.

Kelly was super helpful, the place was good, clean, the instructions were clear, the schedule was flexible, she was super nice.

This was the absolute best stay that I’ve ever experienced. Nadia went above and beyond to accommodate me in my stay. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and easy access to Downtown Atlanta this is the spot. A truly hidden gem 💎

What an amazing place Laterrica has here - the amenities at the apartment complex were so great, it was hard to leave to explore all of the wonderful offerings just outside the door. Highly recommend!

AMAZING STAY and HOST! We stayed almost 2 weeks in this lovely spot. The view at night was wonderful and modern. The decor was unique and motivating. Patricia was so helpful and welcoming. My family felt right at home. The beds are also very comfy and you can watch the city lights from them. I can’t recommend this place enough!
