This is a very affordable home located in Del City, Oklahoma. It is 1.7 miles to Tinker Airforce base and 6 miles to Downtown OKC. It is not in the most desirable neighborhood (more unsightly than unsafe). There are a few unkept houses on the block, although the area is slowly improving. It is located within walking distance to the police/fire stations and a cute downtown area. The home was recently updated to include a 2-camera alarm system, WiFi, etc. It is priced accordingly for the area.

Relax in the evening in a beautiful den. Enjoy sitting outside in the backyard. The house is fully available for guests excluding two locked closets and two sheds in the backyard.
