A 4-hole putting green and chipping area along with an outdoor tv and appropriate seating. An open concept living room and kitchen make this a must-stay. The Sleeper: cozy private suite, entrance & bath.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, Dyson heater,fan air filter, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Living room has 50" Smart TV, microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, table & chairs, leather sofa, recliner & ottoman, and ceiling fan. Bay window overlooks the green belt. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the hummingbirds. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space, comfy queen beds, electric blankets with dual controls, lamps, ceiling fans, extra blankets & pillows.

Backyard playground & 1 mile to the beach

1 mile to the beach and 3 to Cannery Row. Enjoy your Monterey Peninsula home with a backyard playground for the little ones. The Monterey Bay Aquarium, Point Lobos, Laguna Seca Raceway, Pebble Beach, and Carmel are just a few of the area activities to enjoy. Eat out at one of our area's great restaurants or stay in with a home-cooked meal. With a large dining table and additional seating for up to eight, family style dining is a joy. The home is in a safe secluded area and offers keypad entry, driveway parking, and 2 car garage. Please note this home is not on the beach. It is on the other side of Highway 1 and the mapped location is accurate.

Guest rate us 5 star consistantly. Newly remodeled! Enjoy the Country Canyon as you relax in the hot tub or read a book outside in the sun. The beds are comfy, and the place is spacious. Outside BBQ area. Ten mins. drive to downtown and the beach. Ten mins. to Seca Raceway. Our Home works best for three couples and maybe two children. Enjoy all amenities, guests love it here! Please when you fill out the number of guests put it in exactly. It will be much less complicated later.

This beautiful house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is located in the most lovely city which is next to Monterey. The house is in the clean, safe and quiet pretty neighborhood. Parking is inside the big yard. It is close to Carmel Beach, 17-Mile Drive, Big Sur, Aquarium, Lovers' Point, DLI, NPS, Point Lobos State Park as well as all the beautiful beaches on Monterey Peninsula. It is an ideal base for a family of 4-6 people to explore Monterey Bay areas.

Our Coastal Cottage #B is nestled in the art community of Sand City's Westend. It's a bustle of industry and art which quiets down to a peaceful still in the evening. The kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and an electric fry pan. There is no stove. We include a few snacks and coffee, dishes, glassware, silverware, bowls and cooking utensils.
