We offer a quiet and extremely clean place. We are only 6 miles from Belleayre Mtn Ski Center. Restaurants are nearby. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood, the outdoors space, the light, and the kitchen. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. WIFI is 300mbps. We have security cameras outside and an EV Charging station on the property. We now have an outdoor fire pit (wood not included). We also have a standby generator in case of a power failure.

This beautiful apartment was renovated in 2019, the apartment has a comfortable TV room, dining area overlooking Chestnut Street and a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are 3 queen bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and an air mattress upon request. The 2 new bathrooms and washer/dryer are off the hallway. *** From September to May there is an additional fee after 2 guests *** From June to August please put in one guests for the pricing *** Check out time from June to August is 9 am

The Hamden Inn dates from the early 1840s. It contains two separate units, providing an ideal retreat for small or large groups. The quiet town of Hamden is a relaxing place to unwind and this upstairs apartment is designed for long term stays. Enjoy a one bedroom apartment with a private entrance. Head up the old rear staircase around the back of a quaint 100 year old farmhouse. Stairs are a little steep. There is a kitchenette with a two burner stove, sink and under counter fridge. There is one full bath with a shower stall. In the living area there is a day bed with an extra twin mattress underneath. There is wireless internet for your use as well. It is 25 minutes to ski areas.

Creekside Haven is a lovely apartment with a living room, kitchen and dining room. 2 completely private bedrooms and your own separate entrance. Creekside is a 2nd floor apartment with beautiful vaulted ceilings. There is a full bath with a shower and tub. Another addition is the gorgeous comfortable king size bed. 8-10 minutes away from SUNY and Hartwick and right around the corner, 2 minutes from Cooperstown All-StarVillage!

We think Bovina is the 'gem of the Catskills' and this catbird seat above Brushland Eating House is just the place to take it in. Smack dab in the middle of main street, you've access to the towns bounty - farms, mountains & delicious fare. Please note: We do have a two night minimum on weekends and a three night minimum on holiday weekends. We happily accept one night stays on weekdays. Excited to have you here!

Binnekill Views Apt.1 in the Catskill Mountains

Great location right in the Binnekill Square complex in the heart of Margaretville Village. We are walking distance to everything the village has to offer, accessible by bus for those that want a getaway without a car, we are in walking distance from Trailways bus stop in Margaretville. Close to skiing, golf, hiking, fishing, hunting, and wedding venues. Great for all seasons!
