Your very own retreat that’s only minutes from downtown Exmore. We are located in between both Cape Charles and Onancock, about 25 minutes from each. Chincoteague is 50 minutes to the North. We have many options for entertainment here on The Shore and property. The host family stays on the same property and is available as needed.

Enjoy all the Potomac River has to offer, just 40 miles south of D.C. Rich in history, our RV trailer sits near the river's edge on our home property about 200 feet from our residence, in Widewater Virginia, between the Potomac River and the CSX railway. Although there are trains that pass by, they do not use their horn in our area, and they are fun to watch! Enjoy a coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise, then light up a fire pit after a day kayaking or fishing on the river.

We are 8 minutes from the LBI bridge. Imagine spending your day at the beach, then enjoying your evenings hanging around a bonfire, making s’mores, overlooking the animal pen! This is a real working farm. There is dirt, mud, poop and occasional construction project taking place, so be prepared!

The camper is in the middle of a working horse farm with views of the horse pastures, petting zoo play area, and western riding arena. Lots of space to bring extra tents as well for more guest. Lots of things to see and do on and off the farm!!!
