We had a wonderful stay celebrating family birthdays! The house was spacious and had plenty of bathrooms. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We especially enjoyed the porches overlooking the spectacular views!

We had such a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful home. The property itself is absolutely magnificent, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning natural beauty. It was the perfect setting for a restful and grounding stay. Hillary, our host, went above and beyond in every way. She was so gracious, generous, and welcoming, and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Chris, the property manager, was equally amazing—quick to respond, flexible, and incredibly accommodating with anything we needed. You can really feel the care and heart that goes into maintaining this home and hosting guests. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely love to return. Highly, highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed our vacation and stay in Judie’s home. She was a very responsive host throughout our stay. The home had everything we needed and more- which made things very convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were all comfy and cozy and very clean. Bathrooms had all toiletries including makeup remover! We literally did not need to pack any towels from home because Judie had everything! We traveled with two kids ages 3 and 4 so the fact that she had beach toys and chairs for them and a wagon in the garage for us to use was very convenient. It was overall less things I had to worry about packing. We love the Bishop’s Landing community pools; the one pool is within a short walking distance from Judie’s home. The location to stores and restaurants are easy and quick as well. This is our second year staying in Bishop’s Landing and we hope to be back again. Judie’s home would be at the top of our list.

I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. Thank you Alexise for helping us check in more than 12 hours in advance. Your overall warm introductory remarks and the fact that you went beyond normalcy in order to accommodate your guests made our week end....Your unwavering commitment to excellence and definite touch of "bon chic, bon genre" is without a doubt what makes DER a beauty to behold, a place of exquisite workmanship. Thank you so very much and let this be a stark reminder to hosts out there, that being good to people always comes with rewards. GT

The place was very cozy, located in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. It was equipped with all the essentials and was perfect for our weekend getaway. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

I booked this place for my friends and I for the weekend beach trip. The house is super clean and comfortable. You have everything you possibly think you need even sunscreen cream. The host is very considerate. Location is good too, only 10 min to ocean city, cape may is half hour away. We have such a fun weekend. Hopefully i can come here next summer!

What a cool spot! I took my family to Annapolis to celebrate my sister’s 60th and we stayed on Kent Island at Nila’s place. The drive here is gorgeous. Thinks scenic with mature trees and headed to the water. The grounds are gorgeous with the golf course meandering throughout. Everyone is friendly driving their golf carts and waving. The house is sick! Think mad men for 2024. Felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel with family, cozy bedrooms upstairs. Plus the second living room. Soooo cool. I did get the projector to work and watched a few dvds with the surround sound. That was pretty cool!! I do Airbnb a lot and I would give this experience a 10/10 on all the things that matter - value, comms, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, location etc. thank you Nila!

This was an amazing place to stay!

This is the second year straight spending a weekend at this property hosting my daughter’s birthday, and again it didn’t disappoint. Coming back again should say enough. Set back from the road in an idyllic wooded setting allows for great, quiet seclusion. Comfort abounds here with comfortable couches, beds and seating areas. Cozy fireplace outside if the night gets cool. If those are the qualities you require…stay here. I did. Twice.

We will try to stay here again, for any future visits to DC. This home felt so warm, welcoming and uncomplicated. It was the perfect location to be central to everything, yet offers a blooming, picturesque backyard retreat to unwind. We could tell that the hosts, Aman and Krista, aren’t just offering a place to stay, they care about creating a positive experience. Communication was very prompt, kind and always helpful. They provided so many thoughtful extras including books, games, everything you need in a kitchen, plenty of towels, soaps, a coffee station, and even fresh cut flowers upon arrival and extra toys for my grandson! Everything was spotless and beds were perfect (not too hard and not too soft). Our family of six unanimously wants to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay in DC, Aman and Krista!

This is our second time staying here and we loved everything about it! It’s so peaceful sitting out back on the porch overlooking the pond and it’s also wonderful sitting out by the pool that overlooks the bay. The small beach by the pool is the perfect place for families with little ones who don’t want to haul a bunch of stuff to the real beach. My 6 yr old daughter absolutely loves coming here and has already asked to come back this summer for a third trip. The house is beautifully decorated and has plenty of space for two families. It’s close to some great restaurants and having the golf cart is also a fun bonus to get everyone down to the pool/beach. Thank you Molly for another awesome stay!!

Nice, clean pool, private backyard with outside shower. Inside, plenty of room for the 8 of us and with 2 living rooms, there's separation with the kids if you need it. The house was clean, free of any kind of bugs, plenty of hot water on demand with a great kitchen, dining area. Everything was in working order with plenty of plates and glasses and tv's in every room. We would definitely return.

Emilys place was the perfect stay for a girls weekend! She had everything needed for the beach and pool! Would highly recommend staying at Emily’s place for a quiet beach weekend

We stayed here for our annual trip to Bethany Beach. It was just far enough to get out of the crowd of tourists and close enough to ride bikes to the beach with our children 9yrs-13yrs. The villa was spacious and comfortable. Any concerns we could have had, April was there to assist and in a timely manner. We would def recommend this house to anyone especially with children. The house accommodated to everyone’s needs . Thank you guys for your hospitality!

Beautiful condo and community. Went for an off-season getaway and was very happy they are dog friendly. The condo was clean and spacious. There were LOTS of steps to the second floor. Not a problem for us, just something to be aware of. We did not use any of the resort amenities but the community was quiet and a great place to walk the dog. Since it was a winter getaway, was hoping to cozy up by the fire however there was a tag on the mantel saying the gas was off due to a valve leak. It was dated 2021, so I guess they aren’t concerned with getting it fixed. I would stay here again.

Great townhouse, lots of space, good location near the pool. Amenities were good and as advertised - BBQ, full nice kitchen, living room, dining room area, three large bedrooms. Scott was always quick to respond and check-in/check-out was easy. Thanks again!

Mark’s home was absolutely amazing! Super clean! So spacious. Beautifully decorated. It was just as described. There are so many restaurant and recreational options nearby. The pool was so much fun. Parking was great, right out front with overflow parking. The arcade set up was so fun for my son. Huge TVs in every room. So amazingly clean and the beds were so comfortable! Neighborhood was private, quiet and safe. Will definitely stay again.
