This condo was so great! Walkable to the downtown area and beach, really cute pool area with grills and plenty of seating options. We loved sitting on the lounge chairs & watching the boats go by in the canal. Beach chairs were provided and there were towels to use by the pool. Some very minor cosmetic imperfections that could easily be fixed (stain on couch pillow/ patch on the wall), but didn't impact how happy we were with the stay at all. Would stay again anytime! You cannot find a better location in all of Delray. Close to the beach and shops and restaurants in Atlantic Avenue. The place was absolutely adorable, easy to get to, and had all of the right amenities. Great hosts as well, very responsive!

Overall the place was perfect. Perfect size for two people. The place was amazing. Loved having the pool, the option of using bikes, and a complimentary parking spot. Everything was super clean and up to date. Will definitely book this if we travel here again. The host was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. Really recommend this place!!

Condo très moderne et bien rénové. Piscine chauffée et access direct à la plage.

Dans l'ensemble très beau condo, voici mes commentaires détaillés: Les pour: - la vue sur l'intercostal est spectaculaire; - le patio est génial; - la piscine est super, beaucoup de chaises longues et de parasols; - il y a beaucoup d'articles de cuisine, papier de toilette, savon à linge, savon pour le lave-vaisselle; - l'épicerie Publix est à 5 minutes de marche, très pratique; - quartier et bloc très sécuritaire. Les contre: - l'arrivée doit se faire à une heure précise, pas d'arrivée autonome... vraiment pas pratique si vous avez un retard quelconque ou si vous devancez votre arrivée; - une seule clé régulière et à puce pour entrer dans le condo et circuler dans l'édifice, TRÈS déplaisant et restrictif quand on est 4 adultes avec des allés et venus différentes; - la propreté de certains articles de cuisine laissait à désirer; - le matelas de la chambre des maitres est de piètre qualité et tâché; - les lits de la chambre d'invités sont bons pour des enfants, pas pour des adultes.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, peaceful, convenient, and with a beautiful waterfront view that made our mornings and evenings extra special. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was fantastic, easy to communicate with and very welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nikki and her crew were hands down a pleasure to work with. Friendly, informative and prompt! The property was exactly as shown and pristine upon arrival. The home is close to everything , yet incredibly private. Previous reviews were spot on. The only downside was leaving. Thank you so much to Nikki and Mason for being so gracious.

We had an amazing stay at Maya’s place! She was incredibly responsive and even allowed us to check in early. The home was beautiful, just like the photos, but even better. Spacious, clean, and the backyard was serene and perfect for relaxing. We came for my sister’s bachelorette party, and the space was perfect for our group. It honestly felt like a hotel - beds were made with everything we needed, plenty of towels (including beach/pool towels), and toiletries were provided. The extra touches were so thoughtful. We loved having access to kayaking and paddleboarding - it made the trip even more special. Maya and her team went above and beyond, and we can’t wait to come back!

Such a beautiful place to stay. The house was perfect! They had everything you needed and more. We loved fishing off the dock, grilling out, playing the yard games, relaxing in the tiki hut and swimming. We would recommend this house to anyone looking. Great location! Close to the beach, across the street from the grocery store and close to a lot of great restaurants. We will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great area surrounding and fantastic location.

It was the perfect place for the family reunion/celebration we had in mind. It was comfortable with enough room for all of us with some things to keep busy on our day off relaxation.

We (me, my husband, and our 3.5-year-old) had a wonderful stay! The backyard was an oasis. Our son learned to cannonball in the pool, and we loved grilling and watching the dreamy sunsets. Inside, the foosball table and Pac-Man arcade (a first for our son, proud mom moment!) were so fun. The location was perfect—15 min walk to the beach and a quick drive to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Mizner Park, and DT Fort Lauderdale. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts were friendly and responsive—he even delivered trash bags within hours of our request. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit & haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Kimberly hat uns sehr spontan mit der Buchung geholfen und wir konnten innerhalb von 2 Std einchecken. Alle Fragen und Anliegen, die wir hatten wurden sofort & schnell beantwortet. Das Haus ist super schön, toller Garten, schöner gepflegter Pool und eine sehr nette Nachbarschaft.

This place was perfect for my family to relax for a few days over school break. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

Patrick personally greeted us upon arrival and guided us through each step of the check-in process. The apartment was delightful, snug, with a wonderful view of the marina, and most importantly, it was incredibly peaceful. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

Fabulous and seamless stay! Everything was as described and beautiful! Views were wonderful, space very adequate for our family. Communication with host was very friendly and so responsive that it made our stay that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend!

I agree with all the other 5-star reviews (great location, neat apartment, clean community pool, etc.), so I'll just list a couple of specific compliments in this review. First, the Aloha condo complex is very intimate compared to the neighboring high rise condos. It contains about 20 cute little condos clustered around a recently rebuilt pool with sparkling clear water, somewhat reminiscent of Melrose Place. Brian's 1-BR unit is on the second (and top) floor so it has the best views of the ICW and of sunsets. There are plenty of community deck chairs and chaise lounges for you to relax mere steps from the water. Second, Brian's communications was outstanding both leading up to our rental and during. He recommended a local fishing charter for my son and I, and kept in constant (but non-intrusive) contact with us through the rental process. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, without any onerous clean up demands I'd heard horror stories about. I would definitely book again!
