Enjoy onsite hiking, serenity of the private spring-fed pond, and coexist with farm animals, all while taking in big West Elk Mountain views- especially from your patio. Easy access to wineries (1 down the street), local hiking, rafting & organic farms.

Yonder Mountain Retreat

A beautiful guesthouse on 5 acres a few miles north of the quaint town of Cedaredge. Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). To bring more than one pet, pre-approval & addt’l. fees apply. One external security camera by the kitchen door.

Violet Cottage at Zenzen Gardens

The Violet Cottage is cute & cozy, and is the original bunk house of the property. The cottage was remodeled in the spring of 2023 with new flooring, windows, doors & paint, and has been professionally designed & furnished by your host Cindie.  This cute bunkhouse has a comfy queen bed, nightstands, chair & table with coffee, tea, glasses & mugs. There is a heater, a water air cooler & a fan. There are porta-johns on site for guests to use. Outdoor showers are located behind the cottage.

Peach House. Private Tiny House. 1 bed, 1 bath.

The Peach House is a Tiny Home! Private parking, entrance and the entire tiny house is yours with a studio apartment vibe. Kitchenette (sink, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and microwave). Full bathroom with shower, double bed, TV and a comfy couch. Private outdoor patio, firepit and unobstructed view of Palisade vineyards, Mt. Garfield and Colorado sunsets. Tiny and set among the vines and peach orchards. Close to wineries, hiking, river activities and downtown Palisade.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled in the woods, just 10 minutes from town, our guest suite is a perfect place to relax, recreate, or work remotely in the comfort of a warm and welcoming space on a very special property. A portion of proceeds from your stay benefit artist residencies at Riachuelo, a center for creativity and wellness. An additional room, shepherd's wagon and camping is available on request (must be booked with the Guest Suite).

Spacious (900 sf), private guest house in the country close to town of Paonia in western Colorado. Large, open, light-filled one-bedroom house includes 1 queen, 1 full and 1 single beds, big bathroom, full kitchen, laundry, living/dining area, wifi. Morning porch faces the mountains. Private patio overlooks pasture. No TV, just peace and quiet. Close to mountains, rivers, Grand Mesa, and Black Canyon National Park. Extremely clean and well-appointed.

Enjoy Palisade from this peaceful, perfect location in the Vinelands, just outside of the town of Palisade. Our one-bedroom, one-bath cottage has a private entrance, outdoor area, full kitchen, king-size bed, and living-dining area, complete with large TV, great WiFi and bright, sunny spaces. Bike to wineries, have coffee downtown, eat fresh peaches, and enjoy the beautiful vineyards and orchards. Just 40 minutes to Powderhorn Ski Area!

Sunshine Cottage

Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 5 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. Lots of coming and going on the farm so hopefully you like people and be prepared for a lot of activity. Looking forward to hosting you:)
