Bittersweet ski lodge is literally in the back yard. Less than a 1/4 mile to entrance. Kalamazoo River is across the street with a kayak/canoe launch just a 1/4 mile away. We have kayaks available to rent at a minimal cost and can provide drop off and pick up. There is a fire pit that can be used. There are 8 campsites on the property, 5 with 30 amp service and 3 with 20 amp that are available at additional costs. The Lynx golf course is about 5 miles away.

The Bedroom come with a comfy queen bed and the Greatroom includes a daybed w/trundle that becomes two more twins. Look out the back patio door to watch deer grazing OR go out; with dozens of lakes nearby, (Lake Doster and Doster Country Club within a half mile) you’ll be sure to find something for everyone.

Hidden in the woods

Quiet, country setting that comfortably accommodates two. This space is above our garage, which is not attached to our house. We are often outside working or playing, but it is very private once you are upstairs! There is no WiFi here. There is a lovely, private balcony with a nice view, lots of random movies, and several fun games. Verizon service works great here, so if you have a Hotspot you could hook up to our smart TV.

Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood between Kalamazoo and Portage. Very close to Western Michigan University and K-College. Only 3mins from I-94, only 10mins to downtown Kzoo and 6mins to Portage. Perfect location for just about everything!
