During this time, with the Coronavirus and the need for social distancing, Lisa & I would like to assure you that the Suite is completely yours and there is no shared space within the home. A private, peaceful space 2 blocks from St. Olaf College and less than 1 mile from downtown and Carleton College. Our location is convenient, cozy and unique being an old ginseng farm, the duplex has a rural feel and is tucked away from the street. Enjoy a patio space to grill at while soaking in the outdoors. We have a fully equipped kitchen, but the Ole Store, a Northfield favorite, is just down the block. Dogs are allowed when added on the reservation and pet fee has been paid for.

Seven-minute drive to downtown Northfield, 8 minutes to St. Olaf, 10 minutes to Carleton, 15 minutes to Shattuck-ST. Mary's. Full kitchen with Keurig, free off-street parking, & designated workspace! Pond View is a suite in the walk-out, lower level of our primary residence. We are an active family with 2 dogs, and the property is located in a busy residential area.

The Tiny House at Trout Lily Farm

Trout Lily Farm is a beautiful, peaceful six acre hobby farm. The Tiny has its own semi-private area by apple trees and a scenic barn, with its own patio table/chairs, barbecue, and firepit. This 168 square foot one-level Tiny is suitable for 1-2 guests (one queen bed). Running purified water, electrical/propane stainless appliances, full tub/shower, composting toilet, internet. Fully furnished, with dishes, coffee maker and electric kettle, linens and toiletries.
