This basement apt was by far the best I have ever stayed at in Denver when visiting my sister for the past 8 years. Private entrance, very clean, your own space. Big kitchen with 2 bedrooms. Beds were so COMFY!! I will for sure book this place again and again!!

Highly recommend this adorable Airbnb!! I will definitely try to stay at this location next time I visit Denver. The space was clean, private and quiet. Very comfortable. Felt like home away from home. The hosts truly want your stay to be enjoyable.

I booked with Mark & Danielle on a stressful trip to Denver to help family w/my father's emergency surgery. The ABNB is perfect upscale location with lots to do. I was impressed with the pics and description so I booked. Upon my arrival found the place to be just as described and depicted. It is a remarkable place, spacious 1 bedroom with separate living and kitchen area, huge screen TV for ESPN, nice nook area for Zoom meetings. Granite counters throughout and let me say the bath area is worth staying there alone. Way, way, better than a hotel any day. Upon check in I ran into Mark and he was very helpful to get me into the unit and friendly. I ran into Mark, Danielle and their daughter on another day, and let me say--super nice people, courteous, and very respectful. Easy to see why their ABNB is top notch! I sent my wife a video clip of the unit and she was rightfully jealous. Next time I come to Denver this will be my go to place. Thank you Mark& Danielle for hosting me!

Great place to stay and Tama was very nice and easy to coordinate with. The doggos are very nice. I only bumped into them once in the yard but no trouble at all. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Denver!

Great place for a single or couple and in a perfect location for easy walking to the shops/restaurants of RiNo. Host was easy to communicate with. The only catch is that you can easily hear everything upstairs so if you’re looking to lie in, maybe throw on some white noise. One morning the smoke alarm was set off for the whole house at around 6:30 AM. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Walked everywhere. A plethora of restaurants in easy walking distance. Portia checked in to make sure everything was fine. Perfect place for two. Made sure we knew to check road conditions when we left which was very thoughtful!

Great place to stay in Denver! Only piece I would be mindful about before booking is that people do live upstairs and the footsteps can be pretty loud. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are a light sleeper or someone who enjoys sleeping in! Other than that, this was such a lovely Airbnb in a fantastic location and I would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Denver :)

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan’s place. It was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathroom was great with two sinks and a beautiful shower. Ryan and his family are lovely and we especially loved being greeted by their sweet goldendoodle Ginger. I would definitely recommend Ryan’s place and hope to be back the next time I visit my daughter in Denver.

Great weekend stay in Denver as a couple with my sister and a dog. Location was beautiful surroundings, little walkway connecting to trails at the end of the street.

First time in colorado and we stayed in this little home extension, it was really a nice place to chill and relax after being out all day exploring and hiking. The sauna and jacuzzi both functioned great and the place was clean

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and that alone made it an exceptional experience. You could tell the host takes incredible pride in keeping the space spotless. Every surface, room, and detail was immaculately maintained, which gave us so much peace of mind during our stay. While the extra touches like snacks and supplies were very thoughtful and appreciated, it was the level of cleanliness that truly stood out and made this place feel like a cut above the rest. We felt completely comfortable and cared for from the moment we walked in. I can’t recommend this place enough if cleanliness is a top priority for you!

This was the perfect place for visiting all my major locations in Colorado. The place was so cute and I felt right at home. They have everything you could need for amenities. The hosts are quick to respond and gave great local recommendations. I would definitely stay again for my next visit!

It was a lovely place in a good area that wasn’t a far walk from multiple restaurants and even public transportation. We were only there for a couple of days but we felt right at home!

I will be back, it was great place. It looked exexactly like the pictures or even better😇 It was my 1st time in Colorado and just because of this place I had the most pleasant stay, I went about my business and didn't have to worry about anything else. Within walking ddistance to Coors Field, Convention Center, and just behind the convention center the Ball Arena. Just used 2 Ubers. From the airport 7 bucks to Union and them 7 bucks Uber (because of suitecase) to Paula's. Thanks Paula.

Really enjoyed my stay, highly recommended to anyone coming to Denver for a few days. The neighborhood is nice, the unit is comfortable, and Sharon is a wonderful host.

Great spot, host communicates well and responds in a timely manner. Instructions are clear and the place is very well kept!

Clear instructions on how to enter the place. Room and bathroom were clean with the perfect amount of toiletries for the stay. Kitchen was also fully equipped for light cooking (we didn’t use) and Keurig machine with coffee for the morning. Check out instructions were also very informative and provided the night before.

Had a great stay! We traveled to Colorado for an intensive week with my Chiropractic Neurologist and Eric’s Northglenn Beautiful Airbnb was perfect for our purposes. Full kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub to soak in Epsom salts between my daily healthcare visits. Truly a gem. The basement apartment was quiet and well insulated from noises. The bed was super comfortable & kitchen was a pleasure to cook our meals in - large refrigerator, amazing oven, dishwasher & lovely tile floors. The tile work in the kitchen is beautiful. The entire apartment is well appointed for a great Airbnb stay. Thank you Eric!

This place was awesome! Such a fun comfortable and cute place to stay while visiting Denver. Jessica was incredibly responsive and provided amazing detailed instructions and recommendations. I 10 out of 10 recommend staying here.

The place was quiet and I felt safe. The ADU was at ground level, so there are no stairs to contend with. It is a converted garage, so there is no one living above or below, which kept it pretty much noise free. It was nice to have a kitchen with utensils and a fridge and microwave/stove. The bathroom was pristine and the bed linens were very soft and comfy. A driveway spot was available for parking. There is both A/C and heat. The host was responsive when I texted him (although I had no issues--just letting him know my arrival and departure).

Upon arrival, the house was easy to find, about 11 minutes from the airport. Host sent message with the code and asked if it was anything else that we needed. The private entrance was easy to access, once inside, the apartment was just beautiful and was very clean and cozy. The pictures online doesn’t do it justice. It was spotless and did I say cozy. I will definitely use this space the next trip back and would definitely recommend this home for a great stay.
