Nestled by our lake our shepherd's hut offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This quaint retreat features a comfortable bed, a small seating area, kitchen, toilet & shower also a wood burner that keeps the space toasty at night. Outside, a wood-fired hot tub awaits, offering a relaxing soak with stunning views of nature. Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

The Old Stables

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

Harry's Place - a rural retreat

Harry's Place is a light, self-contained, upstairs apartment. It has all you need for a relaxing break or a working base and is a quiet space that gives an opportunity to retreat from today's hectic pace of life with countryside views from every room. Well-behaved pets are welcome but they must not be left alone in the apartment. Located in the centre of Norfolk, less than 3 miles from shops in Dereham, but tucked away on a quiet lane, Harry's Place is an ideal base for exploring Norfolk.

Shepherds Cottage a peaceful newly renovated

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Enjoy a beautiful newly renovated cottage in the heart of a working farm. It sleeps 6 but take Orchard cottage next door and you can sleep 12 This cosy and tastefully refurbished farmhouse is the perfect place to escape to. Come and enjoy the beautiful countryside on a midsummer’s adventure or snuggle up by the fire with a good book. Perfect for families or groups of friends wishing to discover a peaceful area of tranquil Norfolk.

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Loft is not overlooked by anybody and is yours to enjoy in total privacy!

There is a pub and shop only a 5 minute drive away or the main town is just a 10 minute drive where you will find everything you need. Located in Mid Norfolk you are just 30 minutes from the City of Norwich, 45 minutes from the Broads National Park and 40 minutes from the North Norfolk Coast so there is plenty to explore.

Private fishing is included at the 3 well established lakes for those that wish to bring their own fishing equipment & a valid licence. There’s an onsite cafe with an adjacent children’s play area.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Little Orchard is adjoined to the family home with it's own private entrance, it offers open plan kitchen, living room & dining space. Separate double bedroom with en-suite wet room. Situated in the heart of Norfolk, and so central for visiting Norwich (14 miles), the beautiful Norfolk Broads and all the varied beaches from Hunstanton to Gt. Yarmouth. Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.

The Barrel House

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.
