Great place, location, as described. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay in the Bend area, located 10 minutes from the center of town. The resort feels very safe and has thoughtful amenities available like a bike pump track, disc golf and mini golf. The swimming pool was a little busy, but that was due to renovations happening to half of the pool area (the new pool looks very nice although I didn't get to use it). There is a kids pool with a sloped entry as well as another main pool that had a depth upto 7'-6". The temp of the main pool was warm, while the kids pool was warm some days and cold on others, so maybe some issue with the heating of the kids pool. As for the condo, the unit is comfortable and as per the images, and I would just say that it has a few issues that a handman could fix if given a couple of hours to address, simple things like a lose cabinet door below the sink and toilet roll holders that come apart. Hans was a great host, always quick to respond and friendly.

Place is just as described... great location, comfortable place, easy walk to everything in town. Host was really great, as they were very flexible when we had to move our stay because of local weather conditions and problems on our end. We did have a bit of a problem with the wrong keycode for the front door, but it was quickly resolved. The place was comfortable to hang out in, with a nice deck to hang out on. We didn't use the pool but could see it from the deck, it a little too cool for us on this trip for swimming. We didn't cook (only made tea) but the place seemed to have everything needed to cook a meal. They supplied some coffee too, but the local coffee place is a short walk away which we enjoyed so we didn't use it. The town is a lot of fun, great coffee, good food, and lots of outdoor activities nearby.

I actually wasn’t able to go on this trip as I became ill the day I was to arrive.

Such a great place to take the kids for spring break! Hours at the pool, walking the trails, riding bikes, and BBQing in the evenings. We'll definitely be back!!

Rob’s place was exactly what we needed — a peaceful getaway from Portland in a stunning environment. The walking trail on the grounds was our favorite part!

I stayed 4 days 3 nights here for a work conference and the location was amazing as it was very close to the conference buildings. The condo is not the fanciest place in Sunriver but had everything needed, was clean, convenient, and affordable! The bed was harder than my personal preference but was by no means a deal breaker. The condo is walking distance to restaurants/bars at the Sunriver Lodge and the Village. Lots of walking/biking paths in the area. I really enjoyed the sunsets from the back porch! Will definitely consider staying here again if/when I’m back at Sunriver for work or play!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the property and accommodations! Chuck and Cindy are very good at communication and very kind and responsive. The place is very comfortable and it was just as the pictures and information described! Best of all, having the dogs with us was a bonus! Thank you for being a dog friendly place to stay in Bend! Great location - downtown, beautiful view of mountains. The unit is right in town, but feels very private with a cute patio. It is nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. We had a couple of questions and responses were immediate. Read the directions sent to you as the unit is tricky to locate without them.

Very relaxing and peaceful stay. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed. Beds were super cozy. Loved the layout; two spacious "primary" bedrooms with their own full bathrooms and closets. Great communication from hosts - thank you! Living room area very comfortable and relaxing. Good location - not too far from The Village yet enough for peace and quiet. Bike paths, Nature Center, and Observatory at your doorstep. Highly recommended!

This was such an amazing find for our last Ski trip of the year!! We had a great stay! Loved everything about this place!! The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies, there was a washer/dryer, and smart TVs. Thank you so much for a lovely experience!

We loved our stay at Sylvia’s! It was cozy, comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was stunning- as an early riser I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sun rise. We came to the area to go snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor and the location was a perfect distance from the mountain and Bend. Sylvia was very responsive, kind and gave detailed instructions on everything we needed to know about the place. The amenities at the resort were also really nice to have- sauna, pool, hot tub, gym and other fun outdoor activities. Would definitely stay there again!

I'd highly recommend this unit for a couple or small family who's staying in the area. The place was extremely clean and thoughtfully laid out. It matched the pictures to a "T". My wife really enjoyed the artwork/murals. It was clear to see the pride in ownership. The resort grounds were clean and quiet with plenty of amenities to keep you busy. All in all, I would definitely book this unit for another stay.

This place is all that description offers! We had a great time and super host is an understatement. Had a miner hiccup getting in touch with the office to check but everyone responded super quick! Wish we could keep this gem a secret, but others need a chance to experience what we did!

Five Stars!! We enjoyed an amazing stay-every detail thought though in this beautiful home. It was the perfect place to come home to after skiing Bachelor and great place to base out of while we enjoyed Bend. We cooked most of our meals and this kitchen had everything! Bedrooms were beautiful and beds were so comfortable! The view was such a treat and we just loved swimming in the pools, soaking in the hot tubs, relaxing in the sauna, as well as playing a fun game of mini golf. It was all such a great balance to skiing all day and had everything to feel like a relaxing and easy vacation while traveling with our 8 year old.

We booked this resort in the last minutes and it has weekly discount and beatiful senic views in the living room. Rooms are clean and feel like home , kitchen has all the things for cooking at home . Will be back next time when we visit Mt Bachlor .

The host is definitely one of the best at Airbnb. Superb communication to make sure we had everything needed during our stay. The place is in excellent condition and having perfect setting for our family of 4. We all had our private rooms/space and the gathering time at the living room. We enjoyed a short walk in the wood which is right next to the complex. In short, it is a great place with a great host!
