The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

A self-contained annex for 2 in a village near Axminster and within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport, Honiton, Sidmouth and beautiful countryside walks. Two great village pubs 5 & 10 mintues walk. Continental breakfast included. The annex has an en-suite shower room, king size bed, double wardrobe and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Studio 9 is a cosy coastal getaway, 2 blocks from Woolacombe beach, overlooking the beautiful Devon countryside and the Atlantic ocean. Located in the heart of Woolacombe, you're a stones throw from shops, bars & restaurants, as well as several great beaches and some lovely walks. The studio is comfortably decked out with a relaxed seaside vibe, and is a perfect space to unwind. Ideal for couples and surfers, and available for short or long stays year round. Not suitable for pets or children.

Mole Cabin, Cleave Cabins

Charming rustic cabin nestled in trees. 15/20 minute walk to the pub and sea. Charlton Cleave is host to Mole Cabin along with Badger and Toad Hall. There is a separate shower/toilet room, shared with the other two cabins. Mains water and electricity, kettle, toaster, cafetière, heater and wifi in the cabin. Shared guest kitchen in house- see below. Beds can be arranged as twin or double. Just off the beautiful Southwest Coast Path, and a short drive to sandy surfing beaches. Time to retreat.

Thatched Devon Cottage beside stream near beach

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Close to the centre of historic Totnes. Beautiful self contained room with private bathroom and terrace overlooking garden and Devon's rolling countryside. Fridge , kettle , toaster and coffee press are in the room for making snacks and beverages. Bread, butter and jams etc, cereal and fruit juices , tea and coffee are all provided for your breakfast. Cosy retreat in peaceful country setting only 20 minutes from seaside towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and the cathedral city Exeter. Ideal base for a couple or family. Beautiful country, coastal and moorland walks, the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, RSPB nature reserve and cycle paths. You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.

Located in a quiet and peaceful village on the western flanks of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park, three miles from the popular town of Tavistock, Peter Tavy Lodge is a spacious and charming Edwardian house with plenty of garden to explore. You can be assured of a warm welcome - and a fresh home cooked breakfast; beautiful moorland walks on the doorstep and an extremely popular pub (Peter Tavy Inn) within five minutes walk from our house.

Circa 1780, The Smithy is part of a Grade II listed, thatched property. Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room. Guests have access to a small patio with seating in the cottage's lovely gardens.

My cottage is set in a quiet road within a pretty village surrounded by countryside yet only 5 minutes drive to the main Devon Expressway with links to Torquay (4 miles) Newton Abbot (2 miles) Totnes (9 miles) and Exeter (16 miles). I am offering a sunny double room with views to the open countryside. and a large light shared bathroom with shower bath which is cleaned daily.
