We offer a warm and friendly self contained flat with 1 bedroom, cozy living area with optional sofa bed, for slightly older kids, kitchen and shower room.

A detached bungalow with minimal modern furnishings. Small garden with patio, table and chairs. Large open plan living, dinning, kitchen area with a wood burner. One bedroom, with a king size bed. One bedroom with two single beds and a single bed sofa in the lounge. Clean modern bathroom with double ended bath and shower. The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

Set between Bude canal and the river it’s a 5 minute easy walk to Summerleaze Beach. Beautifully decorated with 2 kingsize beds and 2 twins and 3 luxury bathrooms, one is an accessible wet room with freestanding bath. Fantastic laundry area with wetsuit cupboard. Outside is a private garden complete with heated surf shower made from the owners own surf board! Parking 2+ cars

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
