The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Pippins is a 6 minute walk into town, situated in a peaceful 'no-through' road. The property has its own private entrance, terrace with sea views and parking. The raised terrace has a bistro table and chairs plus BBQ. There is large bedroom, super comfy king sized bed, ensuite (with a powerful shower), table and chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster, milk frother and kettle. N.B. No actual Kitchen. Steep steps/drive therefore we do not recommend this for infirm and very young children

Welcome to our lovely house in Wellswood, Torquay. Set in a conservation area, amongst leafy walkways and quiet streets. We have a spacious, comfortable guest suite (2 rooms and ensuite shower room) with its own entrance and free parking.. It is well located, only a fifteen minute walk from the harbour / town centre and the nearest beach (Meadfoot). It is partly uphill on way back. please note the guest suite does not have a kitchen. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave.
