'Hyun', meaning snow in Garhwali, is our Himalayan abode nestled in a quiet, charming village, where it sits within a small cluster of villas, hotels, and cafés. It overlooks apple orchards and snow peaks, and offers modern comforts along with space for rest, reflection, or remote work. Beautiful hiking trails nearby lead to majestic Himalayan views. We have a warm and dependable caretaker-cum-cook and a helpful assistant, both are like family to us and make sure every guest feels at home.

Herne Lodge Cottage 6 offers panoramic view of Himalaya's from a private balcony. There are 2 bedrooms with king size double beds, 2 attached modern bathrooms with shower cubicles & WC, room heater, almirah & large windows overlooking mountains. Dining room has dining table & Kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric kettle, gas stove, pressure cooker, toaster. High speed wifi Internet. Ample parking space & good access road. Dalai Hill & Pine Forest nearby. Quiet Hours 10PM - 9AM, No pets.

Lal Kothi: Mountain Wrapped home w/ Awadhi Cuisine

Lal Kothi is chef Sameer Sewak & his family's home in countryside Dehradun. It is surrounded table top views of Mussoorie hills, Tons river, Sal forests. Guests get the 2nd floor with a private access. The space includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/lounge, 2 terraces & balconies. Included in your stay is a complimentary breakfast. Guests get to order vegetarian & non-vegetarian delicacies for lunch & dinner from the dehradun famous Awadhi cuisine menu designed by Chef Sameer & his mother Swapna.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, away from city between jungles with a cosmic view of stars and Dehradun. One can see stars and Dehradun from their bedroom window. Balcony is really mesmerizing when the sun sets. Every sunset brings a new story, a new shade and color to the sky & vibes. Meditating here is something one should not miss with bird watching & wild life exploration. Please note : you have to drive 4 km Off-road to reach here. An off-road destination.

The Retreat: Beyond the Horizon, Above the Clouds

The Retreat is a private bungalow surrounded by gardens and located in a peaceful part of Mussoorie, away from the town’s din and bustle. A spacious bungalow with 2 large rooms with attached bathrooms, a sitting area attached with a dining room, kitchen and a magical sunroom with the views of the Doon valley. There is a caretaker present at all times and a chef on call to cook you fresh meals. The caretaker can help bring supplies when needed and brief you on how to get around.

We built this Chalchala home as a true labor of love. Tucked on a quiet ridge, it blends our handcrafted, boho touches with the raw beauty of the Himalayas. Our absolute favorite spot is the big covered deck- there’s nothing like sitting out there under the fairy lights with a hot cup of tea, watching the sunset dip below the peaks. If you want to escape the crowds, slow down, and just breathe in the crisp mountain air, our little sanctuary is waiting for you.

Our garden is a motley mix of herbs, flowers, veggies & fruit trees & we love sharing our produce - dad is a master gardener & Ayurveda expert with stories, wisdom & seeds to share. Another year-round hangout is our Tibari (patio) where you can soak up some sun, nap or sip many cups of tea! P.S. How could I forget? We also have a wood-fired oven for all you pizza lovers! 🍕✨
