Thu’s place is jaw-droppingly magnificent—spotless, bright, and airy, with a design that instantly makes you feel at ease. The view of Hoi An’s beach is simply beautiful, and the space takes full advantage of it. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which was a nice bonus. The staff were warm and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth and effortless. We also really appreciated Thu’s responsiveness and transparency—it made everything feel easy and stress-free. We truly wish we could’ve stayed longer and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Definitely a recommended stay for anyone visiting Hoi An and Da Nang!

My family had the most wonderful time. Communication from the very start was easy and clear and responded quickly to my questions and requests. The apartment is lovely and as pictured. The resort is excellent and we enjoyed using the facilities and the private beach. Mr.Phuc helped us book transport and tours, which made life easy too! The apartment is very spacious and located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. It also offers access to a pool, which was a nice bonus. The host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. It's a bit further away from the center, so there are fewer dining options nearby.

장점 : 시설 깨끗하고 내려가면 수영장있고, 주방용품 다 있어서 뭐해먹기도 좋음. 물은 화장실 필터 껴도 깨끗함. 각방마다 에어컨 있고 강함. 던점 : 위치는 다낭과 호이안 중간이라 6인 기준 편도 약 20만동. 주위에 카지노 하나 보이고 다 리조트라 암것도 없음. 그랩 배달은 배달료 5.5만동. 화장실 냄새 올라오지만 쓰는데 문제 없음. 건조기가 없으니 내부서 에어컨 돌려 말림. 나쁘진 않고 딱 호캉스만 한다면 좋은 곳임. 디파짓 2백만동 챙기시고, 물이랑 수건 교체, 청소 매일 해주니 좋은 기업이 많음.

Kieu anh is a great host and her property is flawless. We had everything we need and the apt is like a bungalow that you can walk from your apt to garden. Top option for 2 bed here

This is by far my favorite go-to place whenever I visit Hoi An. I absolutely love this resort— I loved the pool, the private beach, the hammocks, and riding bikes around the beautiful property. Such a wonderful stay! And the apartment with the beautiful ocean view is just perfect. One of my favorite moments is enjoying a bath in the afternoon, with sunlight streaming into the bathroom—it’s truly relaxing. Also, regarding the host, Minh was incredibly helpful and proactive in making sure we had a great stay, and we really appreciated the free airport pick-up and drop-off. Thanks again—until next time!

성수기였는데 다른곳보다 가격이 저렴했고 스파도 이용하고 개인풀장도 너무좋았다 청소도 조식먹을때 바로 청소완료되있었고 아침마다 수영장 청소를 해주심 근데 마사지는 남자마사지사도 같이 들어와서 좀 당황했음 화장실은 알고있었는데 실제로 겪어보니 조금부끄러움?

Vu's listing was exactly as described. We were a party of 12 people and the 5 bedrooms was exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this place. The villa was new and in excellent condition.

Die Unterkunft war super eingerichtet, vor allem sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Der Pool war schön, jedoch zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten sehr gut besucht, dadurch auch sehr laut. Sofern es ein Problem gab habe ich sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Zum erreichen von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man ein Grab. Sofern das jemanden nicht stört ist die ruhig gelegene Unterkunft wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (6 Jahre) hier und waren alle begeistert. Die Aussicht ist richtig toll, die Umgebung bietet beste Unterhaltung und die Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für all das. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
