Digby is a fishing port so there is always lots to see there too.

Located in the heart of the castalia marsh, a world known bird sanctuary, there is no shortage of wild life which is perfect for nature and bird lovers. Stunning views of the swallow tail lighthouse and the ferry coming and going from the island can be seen from the master bedroom upstairs or private backyard deck and patio. Short walk to beautiful beach. You will not be disappointed with this island gem.

Au Ford du Lac

In the rural Acadian community of Clare, you will find our fully equipped, recently updated, 1 bedroom + loft A-Frame style chalet sitting on a quiet lake. The beautiful view can be enjoyed from wall to wall windows, wrap around deck, or while sitting in the hot tub. Loft: 1 king & 1 single bed - excellent for traveling with children. Downstairs bedroom: 1 queen bed. Living room: double pull out sofa & futons. We live next door so let us know if anything is missing during your stay!

Private Lakeside Cottage in Yarmouth

Small private lakefront cottage. Secluded property next to the beautiful Ellenwood Provincial Park, full of hiking/walking trails. Rustic, and undergoing minor renovations, but a very cozy, clean place to stay. The Lake is clean and great for swimming! Full kitchen with most everything, an outdoor fire pit for nice nights, and a piano for rainy days. Heat pump, BBQ, fibre op, & Roku TV + Netflix! Wood stove is functional for extra heat and ambiance, wood not included however.

Acres of land, a sandy beach hidden behind a well-groomed property sprinkled with beautiful tall trees disappearing into the Acadian forest. Includes: private hot tub and firepit, shared sauna, cold plunge, lake access, public wood fired hot tub (great for groups when booking one than more cabin) canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, sandy beach, floating mat and more.

Come experience farm life for yourself and stay at The Owl’s Nest Wilderness Cottage – our private, off grid retreat that boasts open pastures, wildlife and a warm Nova Scotia welcome! Tucked between Bear River, Annapolis Royal, and Kejimkujik National Park, Owl King Orchard is a 70 acre farm dotted with highland cattle, sheep, goats and winding forest trails. Situated on picturesque Grand Manan Island, this geodesic dome has a beautiful view the ocean. You can see Swallowtail Lighthouse and the Grand Manan Ferry as it comes and goes.
