Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.

Escape to our waterfront getaway. Our spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath home sleeps 16 (comfortably sleeps 10 adults & 6 children) . You can fish off your private dock, or you can just float in the bay. Large game room in the garage with video games, poker table and air hockey. We are located on a safe bay with no boat traffic. Enjoy barbequing and spending time with family and friends. Great for holidays, family gatherings, wedding groups, etc.
