Nice place with alots restaurants and easy to get around

The house is quaint tucked away in a quiet Hem of Saigon next to a lot of good restaurants and vendors. The host is very courteous and responsive. The house is clean and has cool AC rooms. Leaf definitely gives a full authentic South East Asian experience. Thank you again for a great stay!

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Lisa provides a very nice apartment. Very clean, not too far from Ben Thanh Market. The gym and pool facilities are very good too! Easy access once you’ve find your way around. Thank you for hosting!

Mai’s place is just like 1 of those hidden gem that you hardly see these days anymore. Amazing place to stay and I am very sure that she put in 1000% effort in decorating and designing the place.

예약한 숙소 전기에 문제가 있어 다른 숙소를 이용했는데 방 컨디션은(위치, 방, 화장실 등) 동일하게 좋았습니다. 호스트님은 질문에 즉각 대응해주셨고 수건도 매일 교체 해주셨습니다. 거실, 방에 에어컨이 각각 있어 투숙 하는동안 시원했습니다. 4군에 위치해 있어 1군, 2군하고는 거리가 좀 있지만 그부분은 알고 예약한것이고 그랩 이용이 편리하여 이동하는데 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 주변에 호치민 여행 가는 사람 있으면 추천해줄게요~

Alex and co always very intentive and responsive. Apartment looks as described. One of the better bathroom we've seen compared to other Airbnb's we've stayed at prior. D1 is very Central, easy Grab use if required. Highly recommend as it's affordable stay, sky pool and gym facilities is a bonus. Alex is a friendly host. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

I had a great stay at this listing with a group friends. Penelope has been extremely proactive, responsive, caring and sharing insightful information with regard to the comfort and any other inquiries we have of our stay. The listing is conveniently located in the heart of district 1 and is within walking distance to the famous Ben Tanh Market and the Bui Vien Walking Street for night life. Saigon city centre is within 15-20 minutes of walking too. Food options were vastly available around the listing ranging from local Vietnamese to western. Amenities such as convenience stalls and massage spas are within comfortable walking distances as well. Definitely recommended if you’re in for a comfortable stay and culture experience in the heart of district 1 in Saigon city.

I recently stayed at The Marq in Ho Chi Minh City, and it was a fantastic experience. The building itself is luxurious and well-maintained, with beautiful interiors. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with high-end amenities. The location is ideal – close to popular attractions, great restaurants, and shopping areas, yet situated in a peaceful neighborhood that offers a break from the city’s fast pace. I highly recommend The Marq for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Ho Chi Minh City. I’ll definitely return on my next visit!
