Welcome to our stylish fully renovated farmhouse - 120 acres of peaceful farmland with 2 ponds for catch and release fishing, an expansive barn for your own four-wheelers or horses. With plenty of space for outdoor BBQ, biking, hiking, and adventure, you might not spend time indoors. But, the furnishings inside make for a pleasant surprise. A spacious open-concept living/dining/kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. The private queen bedroom and 6-person bunk room is icing on the cake.

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

The Yachov is a 54’ x 8’6” custom tiny-home conversion with shiplap walls, detailed wood ceilings, and cozy charm. It features 2 queen bedrooms, a full kitchen/living area, a half bath, and three porches plus a gravel patio and fire pit. The master bedroom overlooks the large pond with its own private deck. Stocked with high-end linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen, The Yachov sits on a peaceful 80-acre farm just 15 miles from town—perfect for a quiet country getaway.

Tree Loft at Jack Mountain

Enjoy a romantic mountain top getaway for 2 within the trees! (4x4 or AWD is required) The property is situated on top of Jack Mountain just outside of Hot Springs, AR off scenic Hwy 7. A total of 17 wooded acres provides ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There are currently two other rental cabins on the mountain, however, it is private and peaceful with amazing mountain views. Under 10 minutes to local eateries, grocery stores, Lake Hamilton and more.
