Nuestro piso esta ubicado en el tercer piso de un edificio histórico del siglo XIV, accesible con ascensor. Éste cuenta con dos dormitorios accesibles por separado, un baño y un servicio, y una cocina que también puede utilizarse durante la estancia. Nosotros vivimos habitualmente en él y lo alquilamos cuando no estamos en Viena. La mayoría de las atracciones de Viena son accesibles a pie y el metro mas cercano (U2 Rathaus) se encuentra a 200m de distancia.

The apartment is located in a building designed by the renowned architect Ernst Hiesmayr, directly adjacent to the park of the Theresianum, the former summer residence of Empress Maria Theresa. The apartment itself, like all the other apartments in the building, has been newly renovated to meet modern standards.
