It is bright and spacious and was fully renovated recently. The Botanical Garden and the Belvedere Museum which shows one of Gustav Klimt's most famous paintings "The Kiss" are very close. the city center is a 18 minutes walk from the flat. There is also a bike rental station and public transportation within a short walk.

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today.
