Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. The flat is best suited for a single person but if you are in a couple and the bed is ok, then this will suit you. The Peak district is just a short car ride away. Restaurants, supermarkets; train station and buses will take you to Sheffield or chesterfield.
