Tuyen was responsive and helpful with the check in. The place was clean and just as described. Quite a walk to the old Quarter but otherwise nice restaurants and places nearby for visiting. Weather during our visit to Hanoi was not good and very polluted and dusty, so could not enjoy the balcony or views much as the balcony was very dusty but it was good to have that.

Mr. Ton, your property is excellent and spacious. The house is well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including reliable WiFi. One of the main highlights is its proximity to the lake. In the evening or at night, it's wonderful to go for a walk or just roam around by the lake. We highly recommend this property; initially, we booked it for one day, but ended up extending our stay for three more days.

great host and nice place but the beds were really uncomfortable

Apartment is in my favorite neighborhood in Hanoi - Tay Ho. It’s in those small streets where only motorcycles can pass so it is peaceful. The interior is beautiful! Wooden details and brand new furniture, appliances and cookware. The bathtub was a godsend! We had a wonderful stay.

It’s my first time in Vietnam and Im happy to have spent the time in Natalie’s apt in Hanoi. Exactly like the photos. Beautiful apt, great amenities and there were alot of pretty plants in the apt itself. 🪴🌱🌸 Friendly guards and Natalie is a responsive host! Location is great, 20mins to airport and pretty near to all the spots in Hanoi by car. Will be back, thank you Natalie!

Great place to stay with a family of 4

An amazing experience! The host provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was attentive, friendly, and made me feel very welcome. Everything about my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would gladly stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed and really started to feel like home. The kitchen was nice, tv to watch, and a huge bed and room space. The only down side is that the hot water didn’t last very long. Other than that it was amazing!!!

I booked this place for a couple of friends with children on vacation who came to Vietnam to visit us and the country, we live in the same building, so it was very convenient, and the apartment was clean and comfortable, the owner was nice and prompt to attend to any request we made. Highly recommended.

Host rất nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, 10 điểm không có nhưng. Lần sau mình sẽ ở quay trở lại. Sure!

This was a lovely place to stay in. The views were amazing and the place was clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. There was a supermarket and coffee shop nearby as well as a large mall with an aquarium and many shops and food places. All this within walking distance. Being out of the old quarter (not in walking distance) meant it was a nice place to retreat to. The hosts were always responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend this place.

Great apartment. A bit old furniture, but overall has everything you need

One of the very best rentals I’ve ever had - in every category - and I’ve had a lot through Airbnb and other sites! Prior to booking, Thuy was quick and kind with her communication. After booking, she was incredibly helpful with tips for the entire area, local guides, recommendations, and had answers to other questions I had - all done quickly and so pleasantly. Her recommendations were spot on and her referrals were just as great too! Upon the easy check-in, the home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped for everything I needed for my month-long stay. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was perfect too. It’s rare when a rental in reality completely matches or exceeds the listing’s pictures… and it makes for a super wonderful experience and stay; this is that stay. Thank you Thuy for all your advice, recommendations, and for a wonderful time in Hanoi! The icing on the cake was getting to meet you in person - you are an absolute delight!

Vi havde et dejligt ophold hos Linh. Stor og rummelig lejlighed med god udsigt. Dejligt opholdsrum med fuld køkken og stue med mulighed for at se Netflix. Vi gik i Lotte Mall flere gange, som ligger lige ved siden af. Vi havde et par spørgsmål i løbet af opholdet, som meget hurtigt blev besvaret. Virkelig værdi for pengene!
