Great condo for a group of friends or big family. Lots of beds, bathrooms are really nice. Nice view of ocean from porch. Walking distance to two really good restaurants. Beach isn't one to sit and relax at when we went but good view. Great instructions and very clean.

Yoly was just amazing! Very welcoming and responsive. Her and husband are around if you have questions about what to do or where to go. The location is absolutely breath taking and 100% worth the stay. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean, can’t get any better then that! Can’t wait to come back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Margarita’s place! The unit was great and the view was breathtaking. Margarita was extremely welcoming and responsive. We enjoyed walking around the beach and neighborhood, swimming in the pool, as well as exploring Ojo del Buey. And we had fabulous dinner experiences at Kikitas Beach House and Rombos nearby. We hope to return someday!

It has a lot of space, we had four people so the two bathrooms were really nice. We enjoy the casino next door, being able to go eat at the restaurant in Embassy was convenient when we didn’t want to drive anywhere.

From the start Anton was very attentive and available for anything we may have needed. He met us at the gate and escorted us to the property, ensuring a smooth check in. During our stay, there was an issues with the first floor AC, no fault of Anton, just usual island electrical issues; and he immediately got on the issue to have it resolved. He was very friendly, communicative, and well informed. The house was comfortable, close to many activities and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet, something I very much appreciated. The beach was calm and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends and family.

Our family of five (parents and three teenagers) loved Cindy’s place and had a great time! Can’t say enough about how good of a host Cindy and her husband Victor were. They met us at the place when we arrived in the evening and showed us around. They were hospitable, super friendly and nice. The place is in a great location, with a short walk to the beach, the pool, restaurants, and other activities, and a great place to use as a base for car trips to other activities. It is as described in the write-up. We would definitely come back! Thank you Cindy!

Great location right in the middle of Old San Juan and I enjoyed working out on the balcony during the day while I was there. Communication was always very easy and responsive, I arrived very late at night around midnight and the lock box made it super easy for me to let myself in. The apartment is reasonably basic but accurate to photos and as described, and the building is a charming Old San Juan guesthouse. It was perfect for what I was looking for during my stay and would recommend to others

Absolutely wonderful time in old San Juan. Omar was the best and extremely helpful and responsive to everything that I needed. Location is great for walking and pick up spots for all the local tours. Can’t wait to visit again!

Adorable and charming apartment in the heart of Old San Juan! Great location, everything we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. The host was absolutely amazing - great communication before, during and after. They even left us a 6 pack of the local beer! Would absolutely recommend this place to anybody.

We stayed here a night and were very comfortable with our group of 6. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. We parked in Doña Fela's garage and we were blocks away from the apartment. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved staying here! It’s a great location and Yoa is a wonderful host. Things to note that are common in Old San Juan and no fault of the host: we lost power and water during parts of our stay and there is significant street noise so I wouldn’t recommend this place to light sleepers. We loved the vibe, courtyard, location, and view the best. Yoa is a great communicator, gave us excellent recommendations, and keeps the place lovely and inviting. We would definitely stay again! 🌞

We rented 2 apts for a total of 13 people and we loved it. Both apartments were clean and homey. It was within walking distance to the beach and the restaurant downstairs was amazing. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Would stay here again!!!!

It was an amazing place to stay. Everything is nearby and it’s absolutely great for people partying and having a good time. Didn’t have to take an uber anywhere at all everything was close by. Recommend 5/5 and the hosts were great allowed me to check in early. Will definitely be staying here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed in a couple places in PR and this was by far our favorite AirBnB. The view is absolutely spectacular. The place is a little quirky but all the quirks just made it more of an adventure, we even ended up extending our time there because we loved old San Juan and Peter’s place so much! It’s perfect location, Peter is such a nice guy. I highly recommend staying here when visiting.. the view alone is worth double what we paid.

We had a wonderful stay at Grace's place. The place had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. The beach was private, beautiful, and relaxing. The location is a good spot if you are exploring sites on both sides of the island. We would definitely stay there again!

This was a great location everything you needed and more was there for you. They provided beach chairs umbrellas that we used almost every day. We had an issue with one of the toilets and chair in the dining room sent a message. They were there within 24hrs to fix the problem. Would totally stay here again.

Awilda has a beautiful home with beautiful surroundings. We loved our stay with her. The facility had a beautiful large pool and great hot tub. You have to walk outside of her gated area to see the ocean/beach. Awilda has an elderly small dog so animal lovers only at her home. Thanks for a nice stay Awilda.
