nous avons passé un très bon séjour. l'appartement est près de la plage, bien équipé, et on apprécie de pouvoir manger dehors. gesuina a été arrangeante et à adapté notre heure de départ. il y avait pas mal de moustique (en avril!)

Nice place in super quiet neighbourhood, and at the same time close to the center of the village. Manuela was friendly and responded quickly to our messages. It was also good to have a washing maschine and dishwasher during the stay. We had some challenges with the bed sheets at the beggining but the problem was sorted out quickly. I just wished we had better weather during our stay to enjoy the terrace with the view :).

Unser Aufenthalt bei Agnese war wunderbar . Der Blick vom Balkon und die ruhige Umgebung sind an dieser Unterkunft besonders wertvoll. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, äußerst freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Die Wohnung von Alberto ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr angenehm. Der Ort ist sonnig und ruhig, die Eltern nebenan äußerst herzlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab die besten Zitrusfrüchte direkt aus dem Garten! Grazie mille!

Mario war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, immer schnell erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Check in war problemlos mit einer Schlüsselbox. Die Lage war toll. Tertenia ist gut zu erreichen und der Strand in der Nähe sehr schön für Kinder. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es fußläufig.

We had a wonderful stay in Cala Gonone. Ioana was extremely helpful and hospitable and maintained excellent communication with us throughout. She gave us many helpful suggestions for things to do in the area and was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We especially loved the outside terrace and spent a lot of time eating meals on the terrace and enjoying the views. The location was within short walking distance to the city centre and multiple supermarkets which was very convenient. The neighbourhood within which this apartment is located is very peaceful and quiet. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend staying here!

Alessandro hat uns herzlich empfangen und war sehr zuvorkommend. Wie hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alessandro war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat uns geholfen bei Unklarheiten. Der Strand ist paar Schritte von der Wohnung enfernt sowie die Restaurants und Einkauf Möglichkeiten. Es war sehr schön. Vielen Dank!

Bei der Ankunft waren wir erst erschrocken, wie nah die Wohnung doch an den Nachbarn dran ist (im Hotel nebenan war gerade Abreise), aber wir waren allein im Haus und konnten so die Ruhe genießen und den großen Garten nutzen. Auch wir waren begeistert von den Katzenbesuchen. Der Fahrradweg zum Strand ist super angenehm und eine Seltenheit auf Sardinien. Auch zu Fuß Restaurants zu erreichen war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns in den Spiaggia Di Su Sirboni verliebt und auch das Restaurant mit Meerblick auf dem Weg besucht. Die Mosquitofenster waren wichtig, die Mikrowelle praktisch, alles hat funktioniert. Trotz der schlichten Einrichtung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls einfach und freundlich. Wir würden wiederkommen!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Il soggiorno nella casa di Sandra si è rivelato davvero piacevole. La casa è nuovissima, arredata in modo semplice ma con tutto il necessario. È immersa nella pace più assoluta, si sentono solo i campanacci delle mucche lì vicino. Il contesto è infatti adatto agli amanti degli animali e del relax lontano dalla frenesia della città. La cosa bella è che le spiagge sono comunque raggiungibili in poco tempo e lo stesso vale per Orosei, il centro principale della zona. Insomma, posizione ottima, casa pulita e luminosa e Sandra è stata molto gentile, anche nel venirci incontro per quanto riguarda check-in e check-out. Consigliatissima!

Het huisje van Antonio was mooier dan op de foto's. Het huisje ligt net buiten Dorgali, aan een rustig weggetje. Het was 's nachts heerlijk rustig en je kon naar de sterren kijken. Er waren een paar restaurants op loopafstand, maar bij de dichtstbijzijnde moet je lopend een flinke klim maken! Wij reisden samen met een vriendin en wij hadden heel luxe ieder een eigen badkamer. Er zijn aan alle kanten van het huis terrassen, zodat je altijd van de zon of schaduw kunt genieten. Wij zijn vriendjes geworden met de katjes die daar rondzwerven. Antonio praat geen andere talen, maar wij hebben via google translate goed met elkaar kunnen overleggen. Toen de verwarming het niet deed, kwam hij direct en heeft het probleem opgelost. Heel veel dank aan de geweldige gastheer!

Tolle Unterkunft, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber super charmant. Besonders der Außenbereich vor dem Haus hat uns zum verweilen eingeladen. Es sind zwei Klima Anlagen vorhanden, die problemlos das ganze Haus kühlen können. Einzig das Wasser im Haus war nur kalt verfügbar. Außendusche war auch warm. Der Preis war leider etwas hoch für die Nebensaison im September. Da waren 800€ für 6 Tage bedeutend zu teuer. Danke für den super Aufenthalt.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Manuela war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Das Haus hat für uns 4 (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) vom Platz gut gereicht. Küche hat das nötigste was man braucht. Haben sogar Milch, Cafèpulver und eine Flasche Wasser bekommen. Die Klimaanlage im Wohn/Esszimmer reicht locker für das ganze Haus. Kühlt sehr gut!Das Grundstück ist ein Traum und liegt sehr ruhig. Es wachsen Trauben, Feigen, Kacktusfeigen, von denen wir essen durften und immer mal wieder haben wir frische Eier von den Hühnern bekommen. Super auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt.Der Weg zum Haus ist allerdings nichts für tiefergelegte Autos. Das Highlight ist die offene Terrasse. Nur die vielen Fliegen nerven etwas. Abends mit Kerzen alles Super! Die Strände in der Nähe Foxi Murdegu und Foxi Manna sind sehr schön und nicht wie viele andere überlaufen.

we really liked the stay. parking is perfect even with a bigger car, but still requires parking skills if some other people park on the opposite. the house is very original and the shaded rooftop has stunning views. central Baunei (Restaurants & Icecream!!) are easily accessible by foot. location is perfect for access to Golgo or Petra Longa do perfect for climbers ;) as others said, the internet can be flaky. The problem is the mobile reception in Baunei seems to be flaky too... it just changes. The Wifi repeater doesn't have enough signal to work with due to distance and massive walls. I would recommend installing an ethernet wired connection to the repeater for more stability.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (5 jours) dans ce logement. Nous avons adoré la vue depuis la terrasse et nous avons profité tous les jours de la plage juste en contrebas (même si parfois un peu frais début avril). l'ensemble du logement est dans un esprit assez authentique, ce qui nous a beaucoup plu ! la personne qui nous a envoyé les infos pour le logement a toujours été très réactive et disponible.

Alloggio uguale alle foto, due terrazzi enormi entrambi con tavoli e sedie per poter mangiare in tranquillità. Pulizia impeccabile, la casa offriva qualsiasi cosa fosse necessario per la vita di tutti i giorni in casa e al mare! Host disponibile a qualsiasi chiarezza. Posizione strategica per raggiungere le migliori spiagge della zona e comunque qualsiasi parte della Sardegna raggiungibile facilmente in auto. Posada è un bel paesino calmo tranquillo ma che offre qualsiasi cosa serva: farmacia, ristoranti, panificio (ottimi panini imbottiti e focacce super buone e economiche!), bar tabacchini… insomma qualsiasi bisogno può essere soddisfatto con una piccola passeggiata sotto casa! Valutazione ottima ci ritornerei.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Il est très agréable et suffisamment grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme avec de la place pour stationner. Il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les activités, les abords ne sont pas adaptés pour se déplacer à pied. Le golfe d’Orosei au départ d’Arbatax est splendide ! Nous recommandons aussi la plage Lido di Orri, magnifique !

Soggiorno purtroppo breve , è una casa che per la comodità e gli accessori vale la pena vivere anche per lunghe vacanze . Non ho mai trovato una casa più pulita e comoda in tutti i miei viaggi , comodissima anche per famiglie ( la cameretta dei bimbi che noi non abbiamo usato essendo solo in due è bellissima ) profumo di pulito ovunque , letto comodissimo con scelta di cuscini , bagno impeccabile con addirittura la piastra per capelli. Bevande fresche disponibili in frigo per l'arrivo , graditissime . Tantissimi opuscoli turistici informativi molto utili , DVD disney carinissimi per i bimbi ( ma anche per gli adulti 😅 ) . La sign.ra Rosalba di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche 💜 speriamo di tornare da lei per visitare ancora questa zona meravigliosa con ogni comodità offerta dalla casa 💜

L’host Franco molto disponibile e gentile. L’appartamento si colloca al secondo piano di una bella palazzina storica nel centro di Orosei. Posizione comoda in quanto senza auto si possono raggiungere facilmente varie attività commerciali e di ristorazione. Spiaggia più vicina 5 min di auto. Ma merita girare tutta la zona. Non c’è parcheggio privato, si può però lasciare l’auto in diversi punti non troppo distanti. La cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Bagno non troppo grande ma nuovo, funzionante e trovato pulito. Molto bella la doccia. Unico neo: in alcuni orari l’acqua scorre con meno potenza ma siamo sempre riusciti a lavarci senza problemi. Bella terrazza con vista paese e Mare in lontananza. Camera con letto comodo nella media, finestra che affaccia sul paese, tv, aria condizionata. Armadio creato da una parete che si trova sulle scale che portano alla camera. Unico consiglio: se non ci sono vincoli paesaggistici o di altra natura delle zanzariere sarebbero ottimali!

Antonella è stata sempre disponibile e molto gentile. Budoni è posizionato in maniera strategica per un sacco di luoghi da visitare. L'appartamento permette di andare facilmente a piedi in spiaggia e ha anche lo spazio per mangiare fuori. Ci ritornerei.

Laura è stata gentilissima e l’appartamento era esattamente come descritto e visto in foto. Pulitissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio e super attrezzato con lavatrice lavastoviglie condizionatore e posto per stendere! La cucina è super attrezzata! Un soggiorno ottimo! È stato come essere a casa. Se tornerò in zona sicuramente lo prenderò in considerazione!

We had a great stay at Paolo’s! They had everything we needed to make food and the apartment was very clean. Easy to walk everywhere and lots of parking around as well.
