We absolutely loved our first time glamping in Daisy yurt. As a young family we felt the kids equipment was incredibly thoughtful, our two loved the swings, hammock and mud kitchen. The yurt itself was immaculate, the toilet and shower are as you expect while camping, with the additional comfort and little touches. The Yurt is 10 mins from Poole Quay and short drive to Bournemouth. We also drove 50 mins to Weymouth for one day out. My children met Verity while we were leaving and she let them help her feed the goats, this made their day! Overall we had a great time, and would definitely revisit. Thank you Verity

Very pretty site, clean and well maintained, with everything we could possibly need to sit, cook, make fire or entertain young children - books, toys, play kitchens and swings, a covered outdoors kitchen with enough tables/chairs and electric sockets to charge phones, and plenty of blankets and towels. It felt very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended.

This wasn’t just a simple getaway — it was a true retreat for the soul. A place of serenity, beauty, and pure nature. The surroundings were breathtaking, the cleanliness impeccable, and every amenity was thoughtfully provided. Most importantly, we had the pleasure of meeting Nick — a truly remarkable gentleman whose kindness and patience made our stay all the more special. We made some unforgettable memories here and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Our heartfelt thanks to Nick — it was an absolute delight to meet you. We leave with full hearts and look forward to returning one day.

We stayed for 3 nights over the NYE period for a cosy, natural retreat away from the hustle and bustle. We loved our stay, the yurt was so lovely and once the fire was going, was lovely and warm. Proper glamping experience. Nick met us for check in and was super friendly and helpful. Our gas ran out and he was down within 5 mins to change it for us and allowed us a late check out as they didn't have a booking afterward. NOTE to future bookers: finding the farm in the dark is tricky even with the directions - satnav to "Walnut farm" worked for us. Also, be aware, the hot tub is communal and has to be booked. It's an extra charge but Nick spent the day emptying, cleaning and refilling it ready for the next user so we thought the charge was fair. We used 4 extra log bags at £8 per bag at the farm (apparently we went through a lot) this was cheaper than the local petrol station etc so again we thought a fair price. We recommend staying here, Rise restaurant and Charmouth beach.

Peter is a lovely and welcoming host. His lodge is beautiful and very quiet. It contains everything you need and more for a short break. We had a great time there and Peter's breakfast was perfect!

We had a great few days at the dragonfly yurt and truly enjoyed the quietness of the place. We’ll be back in the Summer months.

We had a great glamping experience. The staff onsite were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We couldn't thank them enough. The accommodation was clean, tidy and comfortable and the hot tubs were amazing. Our four yr old son loved the experience and so did we.

My friends and I had a great stay at Driftaway. We hired both the yurt and safari tent so that we had the whole site to ourselves and were able to pitch up another tent to accommodate three families with young children and a dog altogether. The tents and shower blocks are well equipped with cooking equipment and games. The surroundings are beautiful with a woodland behind which has deer, foxes, badgers and rabbits. The hosts were really friendly and responsive when I let them know the loo flush in one of the toilets wasn't working well. They were very accommodating when we had other friends visit for BBQs as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay & would definately go back!

Thank you Sandy and crew for a lovely stay again, this is our third visit and our absolute favourite place to come for tranquility and peace. My children thoroughly enjoyed and they were delighted to be welcomed in to listen to some live ‘open mic’ singing. They loved making friends with the resident dogs also ❤️We didn’t want to come home! We will be back again next year and hopefully the festival will be on which we will come to for sure! x

Great place to just go and relax. We stayed in the yurt and the woodland surroundings are lovely. Everything you need is there to cook and relax. We will be returning next year.

Alison is a kind, helpful, and attentive host who went above and beyond during our stay. The Yurt was cosy, beautiful, and peaceful. Despite the rain and wind our stay was idyllic and cosy, the log burner was fantastically warm. Alison also kindly picked us up from the train station, even offering to take us to a local supermarket for food and offering us a lift back to the yurt from the local town. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see a lot of wildlife due to the weather, but the area was so peaceful and beautiful that this was easy to look past! The hot tub was wonderful too, it gave the space a real spa retreat feel. Alison provided us croissants for breakfast as well as tea and coffee in the yurt. Everything was clean and easy to use. The hot water wasn’t working during our stay but that was nothing a par-boiled kettle couldn’t fix! This was the perfect winter alternative to camping, thank you for a magical anniversary trip Alison! We can’t wait to come back again!!

Our Yurt was amazing. Clean, well equipped and very cozy when the rain started at night and the wood burner was on. Loved the location and the bus that stops outside the campsite to take you to local beauty spots. Only stayed one night but will definitely be back

Highly recommend, a great place to stay if you just want to relax and unwind wilt a beautiful view of the English countryside. Some fantastic walks from the site itself, especially the Hill Fort. Great access to the Jurassic Coast and all of the lovely Dorset villages. The Yert was beautiful, very warm, cosy and clean. Emily was very helpful and lovely to talk to, We will definitely be going back. Thanks again Mike, Klaudia and Finn 🐕

We had an amazing stay here, the glamping pod was beautiful and the star gazing roof at night was so pretty. the pod had all the essential facilities needed for a nice luxury camping trip. The added bonus was the log burner for when it got chilly in the evening. The facilities on camp were great, with nice clean toilets and hot showers. I would recommend this campsite to anyone who likes camping with a touch of luxury. We will definitely come back again.

This was a fantastic find. A really enjoyable experience. The Yurt is a fantastic design, well built and great decor. We visited over Easter, the gas fire was amazing at night and in the morning. The facilities within the park , toilet shower block, cafe etc are A1. Local restaurants and farm next door also well worth a visit. We will definitely be back !
