Me and my partner have just finished our stay with alpine grove and would highly recommend visiting. We stayed in the woodpecker lodge and from the log burner to the hot tub everything about this lodge was perfect, Kieth and Serena service is amazing and we can’t wait to visit again soon. Thank you again for such an amazing stay.

This place covers all the bases for a great stay for a big family get together! Excellent communications, nice welcome and then all the things to keep three families from ages 3-16 entertained. Private pool great, Games Room great, Hot Tub was spot on and actually hot (unlike so many that aren't)! Sauna probably needs some renovation love. Bedrooms great, enough space. Devonshire Arms nice food, Halfway House nice beer and vibes. All the ingredients for a place to kick back and have some much needed family time. Highly recommend!

Joy and Tom were absolutely amazing and extremely generous! It’s a perfect place to stay if you want a romantic place to stay with a loved one or a small getaway with a friend, my partner and I absolutely loved it. The coach house is absolutely adorable and the amenities are just as listed. The service was amazing and the area is beautiful. I could not recommend this stay enough. ❤️

So nice to unwind, listen to the birds and decompress. Exactly what was needed with our hectic lives and schedules. Loved the quiet location and that our dogs could walk around the golf course and woods. Only recommendation we would make is a little freshen up and updating in some areas, like sealant around the bath (which was great by the way after a long day!) Having milk when we arrived was well appreciated, if there was a complimentary starter pack of some small jams/butter and scones - I'd give you 5* here! But a great stay nonetheless. Really comfortable.

My other half and I returned from a 3 night stay at Helen's beautiful cottage on Friday 25th April 25. We had a wonderful stay, the cottage is stunning and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen was big and spacious and as I say was equipped with everything you need. The bed was super comfy, a few of the best nights sleep for a while! The surroundings of the cottage are just simply idilic, the views are stunning and waking up in the morning with horses in the field next to us was lovely! The back garden of the cottage is big and has some fun things for children and some relaxing sun loungers on offer for the adults. The hot tub was an added bonus, i would definitely recommend getting up to watch the sunrise from the hot tub, simply blissful! Helen's gorgeous dogs next door were the icing on the cake, they are beautiful and so friendly. We were super lucky to have even met the 11 puppies Helen had when we stayed. We will definitely be returning, thank you Helen!😊

We chose a long weekend the week before Easter. The house and the location matched our expectations and needs. Allan’s meet and greet on arrival was a warm welcome and informative. Brook House is a lovely home and we had a great stay. The spacious kitchen, bedrooms downstairs, wood burner and hot tub are real highlights. We enjoyed a BBQ and a Sunday Roast during our stay. The outdoor patio lights work very well to enjoy the garden in the evenings. The house is wonderfully located to explore the south coast and nearby attractions. We enjoyed a walk to the local club for drinks and live music. (Only available Fridays) on the first evening. We did a day trip to Brownsea Island which was fun. Moors Valley Country Park and Forest nearby offers a lot of options for a family Sunday outing. Our only fault was not staying a few more days!

My partner and I had a gorgeous stay at the shepherds hut - it’s super cosy and in a beautiful spot! The hot tub was so lovely with wonderful views and the hosts have still managed to keep the area private. It was also wonderful to see all the lambs and ducks come to visit us each day! Tracy and James were fab hosts and we would definitely come back in the future!

I stayed with Mike and Bert for two weeks while a house sale went through, I brought with me my high maintenance Bengal cat Kevin Bacon. During our stay Mike has gone out of his way to accommodate us, the accommodation is completely separate and lockable, I felt completely safe, I knew Kevin was secure and didn’t see any red flags. Mike is laid back and approachable, the perfect host. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything I have needed has been included with no extra costs or limitations. Bert is a very good boy and has been trained properly, he doesn’t go upstairs but he will bring you a shoe each time he sees you as a greeting, Bert was completely safe around Kevin when I took Kevin in the garden. There is easy parking at the accommodation and lots to do in the area, lots of walks, castles, stepping stones over rivers, sand dunes, beaches, horse riding and a decent selection of Pubs. If I ever end up homeless again I will be coming back! Thank you.

Had a lovely time with our 4 month old and wanted somewhere outside of Bournemouth where it’s more peaceful and this didn’t disappoint. The apartment was spotless and everything was to a very high standard, including all provisions you’d need plus more… Jonathan has literally thought of everything and gone the extra mile to make it a home from home. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

We chose Jo's place as it was close to Charmouth (11 mins) and Lyme Regis (14 mins by car). Our 6 year old son wanted to go fossil hunting. We arrived at Jo's cottage and she was there to greet us. She is very friendly and welcoming as well as her lovely dog Ruby. Jo also provided us with a travel cot and a changing mat for our 3 month old baby boy too, which was helpful. Jo provided us with a wheel barrow to carry our belongings to the Duck House as it was a little walk round the cottage. It's cosy and had all we needed. Our son liked the children's room he slept in and enjoyed the toys/games provided. My partner and my son did go in the swimming pool, however it was cold for our baby to go into. Jo did provide some bread, home made marmalade (that was lovely), butter, jam and milk. There was no hot water when we woke but when we contacted Jo she was straight on it and sorted it before we went out for the day. We enjoyed our stay - Thank you Jo.

We stayed at Crin's over Xmas whilst visiting relatives nearby and it was exactly what we needed. Communication was great with Crin, she was warm and welcoming. The property was great for a walk around with our 4 year old to burn off some energy.

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.

Tess is an amazing host: wonderful and warm. One of my daughters' highlights was speaking to her and learning her technique for fluffing up the resident chicken. Her hospitality was extraordinary, from the delicious cream tea to bountiful breafast. She might have even convinced me about cream first instead of jam on scones...

Nicks place was great. We stayed for a week whilst waiting to move into our new home and we felt right at home. Nick gave great instructions and the house was a nice place to stay

We had a lovely time staying at the cottage. The cottage was a great base for our exploring round the Isle of Wight. I can imagine the decking area is lovely in the summertime. Lots of space out the back for our dog to run around outside. The rooms were good size and clean and the kitchen well stocked with utensils and cooking items. Gail was very helpful and responsive and we are very grateful!

We had a lovely stay at Ann’s house. We arrived to a generous welcome packet of essentials and snacks and two lovely bottles of Prosecco. The house is old with lots of character but the facilities are modern and work well. We stayed at the end of April but the pool was heated for us and we used it every day, we were thankful for the hot tub to warm up on the more overcast days! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with plates and glasses for entertaining and the Aga and bbq worked well. If you have small children I would recommend bringing plastic crockery as there wasn’t much of that. We would definitely look to come back if we are in the area.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the condo! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and quiet, offering the ideal retreat after a day of exploring. Communication with the host was seamless; they were incredibly responsive, kind, and made me feel truly welcome. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I can’t wait to return! thank you once again.

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful cottage on outstanding grounds, in a lovely area. Iona is so welcoming, makes the effort to say hello, show you around, give recommendations for the area-absolutely goes the extra mile for guests. The cottage does have lots of stairs and some low celings- not something I tend to have to think about at 5ft2, but I did while visiting here, my 6ft2 husband stayed too and maneuvered around the cottage better than me! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, a home from home. Iona has thought of everything to make the stay as comfotable as possible. We stayed with 2 young children (19mo and 3mo), there were lots of stairs and 1 stairgate. My 19mo mananaged all the stairs safely and really enjoyed his stay here. I would definitely book again! Such an amazing find!!

This was our third stay at Lois’s place, albeit the first in the eco house, as opposed to the barn. The house was both comfortable and quirky, qualities we have come to expect from our charming and artistic hosts. Unusual pictures, books, design features - one is entertained at every turn, while the leafy surroundings (the beautiful garden and driveway as well as Redland Green itself) make it all worthwhile. Lois or her husband Paul are always on hand to help you with any questions and have a chat with you at the same time. We heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for something a bit different and off the beaten track yet within walking distance of decent shops, cafés and restaurants.

Just come back from Mistletoe Farm after celebrating a Hen weekend there. We all could not fault the hosts, they were incredible & always checking if we needed anything, so helpful throughout the whole stay. Mistletoe Farm is beautiful & so peaceful. Plenty to do within the property. We all especially loved the pool/hot tub & also the karaoke machine was a big hit. It really is the perfect place either for celebrating a special occasion or a family weekend. We all enjoyed our stay & said it is a place we would love to go back to. Thank you again to the amazing hosts. Would highly recommend this air b&b 😊

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.
