This place was one of the best places I have stayed in Marakesh. Amazing location, great host and service from the staff. Honestly, not one complaint at all. Perfect. Thank you very much. Close to everything, literally down stairs.

Het huis was heel netjes en schoon. Het bevindt zich op een ideale omgeving. De wijk zit vol restaurants, cafés, en winkels op loopafstand. Top locatie. Privé autogarage beschikbaar. Keuken was volledig uitgerust. We hebben elke ochtend ontbijt gemaakt en op het balkon gegeten. Sara was heel goed bereikbaar en heel vriendelijk! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Bedankt Sara en wie weet tot volgende keer!!

I stayed at Nouni's 1-bedroom apartment during a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was clean, tidy, and very well equipped with everything I needed. It also had a lovely large balcony — perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The location is great, with plenty of food places nearby, and the building felt very secure. The heated indoor pool was a great bonus. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

Exceptional all around, if you’re lucky enough to come across the property, then book it! Apartment was as described and has everything you need plus more, it has great concierge team who are always smiling and happy to help especially Mohammed, who always took the time to make sure we understood his reply to our questions despite the language barrier. Mourad is also exceptional host, again he went above and beyond, he was kind enough to let us check in early which we really appreciated as we were traveling with kids, always quick to reply and his recommendations of a private driver, trips to Agafay Desert and Valley and where to eat, were all amazing!

Top locatie! Dichtbij alles wat ik wou zien ook. Beneden is er een fijne Hammam & Spa en een kapper! Daar begon mijn dag ook meteen mee🥰

A truly relaxing experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and peaceful.

Clean, spacious and located close to the old city. Communication was very efficient and quick, we didn't spend too much time in the apartment but it was just like in the photos and described. The apartment also has 24h personnel in the lobby and the pool is a great plus.

Nous avons loué pour une nuit. L’appartement est impeccable une propreté irréprochable. Tout peut se faire à pied : restaurants. Centre commercial café etc .. tout était parfait et le propriétaire très réactif et présent à n’importe quelle heure. Nous recommandons fortement le logement, il y a également deux piscines dont une sur le toit qui est superbe, nos enfants ont adoré. Nous reviendrons ! Merci

Fantastic stay at this villa! Everything was perfect, and there was plenty of space for all 9 of us. The villa was cleaned daily by the lovely Laila, she also did our washing daily which was a massive help. We even managed to sort massages and a hamam within the villa, she even sourced some hairdressers to come out for us and give us the five star treatment! Only thing I would say, is the indrive app can be used for taxis however it can be quite stressful, so would recommend hiring a car if you can. Would 100% stay in this villa again. Thank you!!

Le logement était conforme aux photos et aux exigences. L’environnement est très calme ce qui permet un repos et de belle grâce matinée. L’emplacement est idéal a proximité des commerces et facile pour se garer

Der Aufenthalt war einfach nur perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sehr ruhig und abgeschottet gelegen. Mit Blick auf den Atlas, Natur und sehr viele Tiere vor Ort. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Team ist super nett und das Essen war hervorragend. Besonders das Abendessen war sogar leckerer als in Restaurants. Karim (unser Fahrer) hat ebenfalls gute Arbeit geleistet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und werde sicher zurückkommen!

Wat een geweldig huis! Het zwembad, dakterras, jacuzzi en prachtige verschillende slaapkamers waren fantastisch! Alles is heel nieuw en met veel smaak ingericht! Het vers klaargemaakte ontbijt was een goede start om de dag relaxed te beginnen. Een heerlijke huis om te verblijven. Contact Khalil was goed. Een aanrader dus!

It was a bit difficult to find the place at first, since the exact address wasn’t on Google Maps, but the host responded quickly and even picked us up — after that it was easy to find. Everything was very clean and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. There’s a washing machine with detergent, which we didn’t expect but really appreciated. The balcony only gets sun from around 3 or 4 PM, which is good to know if you’re hoping to sunbathe. The neighborhood felt safe, with cute local markets and stands — you have to be into that vibe, but we liked it. Getting a taxi to the Medina or the old town was easy. We had a small issue with one of the doors, but we communicated it and it was no problem. Overall, a pleasant stay!

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet appartement, et j’ai déjà réservé une troisième fois pour mon mari — c’est dire à quel point j’en suis ravie ! Cet endroit est tout simplement exceptionnel. On s’y sent comme chez soi dès qu’on passe la porte. La maison est nickel, spacieuse, très bien agencé avec deux grandes et belles chambres. Il y a tout le nécessaire : une cuisine bien équipée, un immense jardin fleuri avec des poules qui se baladent. Rien ne manque ! On a même accès au service de Btissam une superbe personne qui peut bous concocter de bons plats pendant le sejour.. Côté équipements, c’est le top : l’hôte fournit des boués, des ballons et des jeux de societe pour les enfants. Il y a une piscine extérieure, une piscine intérieure chauffée et même un jacuzzi sur le toit. C’est un vrai petit paradis. Et que dire de Syrine ? Une personne en or, toujours disponible, attentionnée, et qui fait tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Je suis vraiment reconnaissant.
