I had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Lakefield, Ontario. The check-in process was seamless and communication with the host was smooth throughout. The cottage was cozy and well-kept, nestled in a peaceful and quiet setting that made for a truly relaxing getaway. I especially loved the tranquil surroundings—perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Everything was just as described, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our stay at Lisa’s place was wonderful despite the power outage towards the end of our trip due to bad weather. The house was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Lisa was incredibly helpful, kind, and considerate throughout our stay. She genuinely cares about her guests and went above and beyond to ensure we were okay. I can confidently say that she's one of the best host I've ever encountered. Overall, we had a great experience, and we highly recommend this place to anyone. We had a fantastic three-day stay at a lovely cottage in Minden Hills, Ontario, to celebrate the New Year. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the peaceful surroundings and the picturesque winter landscape. The cottage was cozy, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. One of the highlights of our experience was how responsive and helpful Paul was. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, he was quick to reply and always made sure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness added a personal touch that truly elevated our trip. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and access to nearby trails for winter walks. We spent our evenings relaxing by the fire and enjoying the quiet beauty of the snowy woods. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook delicious meals, and the thoughtful details throughout the cottage made us feel right at home. Thank you paul for everything - can’t wait to return

Nous avons adoré ce chalet situé dans un lieu calme, paisible, beau. Le logement était très bien équipé (nous avons même trouvé un adaptateur alors que nous n'avions pas pris le nôtre). Le parking devant le chalet n'est pas accessible sans voiture adaptée à cette période de l'année, comme nous l'a indiqué l'hôte, nous nous sommes garés facilement sur la route très proche du logement.

This cottage is an absolute gem. We had the best time, as did our golden retriever, by far one of his funnest weekends ever!!! The sandy beach was perfect for him. We loved the docks, kayaks, row boat, paddle board, all so fun and peaceful on the calm lake. The cottage was in a great location, easy to find. The inside of the cottage was so cozy. Minden is so close and such a cute town. Thank you!!!

Eric was super helpful. He even helped us to set fireplace. House was also very beautiful

Great spot for a relaxing time with the kids. Small beach perfect for very little ones, nice park and basketball all right there. Unit is well equipped and very clean. Thanks for a nice weekend in Bobcaygeon!

L’endroit est tres calme et correspond bien a la description. C’est plaisant de pouvoir avoir accès au lac et a des embarcations sans frais. Les instructions que j’ai reçues étaient très s clair. Seul petit bémol il manquait les coussin du dossier au divan ce qui le rend tres inconfortable autrement j’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour. Merci

Great place to stay for a longer time like we needed. Frank was always very responsive. A good location as well, its not a long drive to shops and restaurants but the house itself is in a fairly quiet area. Would definitely stay here again if a need arises.

This was a fun, peaceful trailer park resort with amazing amenities and gorgeous surroundings. While the trailer homes were close to each other, the fact that it was a quiet family environment, and that our spot was positioned towards the woods and had just the right window dressings, meant that we still had all the privacy we wanted. We would definitely consider coming back again. Jacqueline's place was a great place to rest up after a fun day.

Gary & Mina were excellent hosts. They greeted us for check in and where very accommodating. Any questions we had were quickly answered via the AirBNB app. The house was full of character and had lots of things to do indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and kitchen wares. There was a washer/dryer centrally located which was great for towels and the Weber BBQ was in top notch condition. Water toys well maintained (2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 canoe and 1 paddle boat). Pool and hot tub worked great, which was a must for our cottage getaway.

It was a great stay and very accommodating. Kids enjoyed the pool table and foosball indoors as well as the pool and lake outside. The kitchen and view of the lake was amazing. Lots of fishing was done from the docks and petal boat and some paddling from the kayak and paddle board (we brought this).

Tracey was a great host and our group loved the cottage. We had a nice fall weekend and the views were incredible. The cottage had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away for a relaxing weekend on the lake.

We love the lake. We have rented a few different places on the lake over the last 10 years. This cottage is amazing. It’s like we checked into a spa!!! It’s very privet and cozy. The small details of the cottage made my wife very happy, from the bath Salts to the high end towels. The view from the couch of the lake makes you just relax…. We brought up 3 snowmobiles to enjoy the local trails. The main trail is a short ride down the road so we could ride from the cottage. The outdoor lights were so beautiful at night!!! A lot of care has been taken on making its guests feel right at home. We didn’t want to leave!!! I highly recommend this for anyone looking to unplug and relax. We will be back! Simon.

I was searching for a place all my family can gather for thanksgiving. It was perfect for all, older teens had a great time with the pool table. Younger ones loved the basket ball and tennis. Lots of room. Everyone slept very comfortable. We had a fire at night which everyone enjoyed. It had everything we needed.

We had a totally wonderful long weekend getaway at Jeff & Karen's cottage. The communication with our hosts was perfect from the time of booking until our checkout. When we arrived, we were thrilled to find that the place was even more beautiful than the pictures. The views overlooking Lazy River, the living room area and the kitchen was our favorite, but everything else was impeccable as well. The beds were comfy, the entire cottage was very clean and we found everything we needed under our hands. What we all loved most about the cottage was its character and the little details that showed that the hosts truly cared about the place. The bedroom colors, living room decorations where all those colors came together in the cushions, ornaments etc. was so clever and elegant. The vinyl collection, the guitar and the board games added a nice touch to our stay. We were also fortunate to do some canoeing in the river to enjoy the tranquility. What more can I say, we'd love to come back soon!

I recently had an amazing stay at the Tiny House Airbnb hosted by Mindy. My partner and I couldn't be happier with our experience, we were thrilled by the waterfront view it was very tranquil and breathtaking. Mindy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfort, providing a warm welcome and a thorough tour of the property at the end of our stay. The place was impeccably clean, the decoration esthetics felt like home. The communication was prompt and friendly, with Mindy offering great local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at Mindy's place if you're looking for a fantastic host and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Definitely would come back !

My family of 9 adults had an awesome weekend at Priyanka's! There was plenty of space in the cottage to comfortably sleep, along with a big comfy couch for watching movies. The kitchen was also fully stocked and a big plus was the Keurig machine which we used every morning before going down to the dock for some time in the sun. Just down the driveway and across the road, the lake access made it a fun space for water activities. We used the provided canoe and inflatable boat. Plus, we brought our own kayak and had no issue loading it on and off the car from this area. The dock is wobbly, however, we had no issue with getting from one end to the other where the floating dock attachment was a great spot for relaxing in the sun. For those of us who stayed on the grass area, there were plenty of Muskoka chairs to relax. For the nights, we finished off with spending time at the fire pit and brought sticks for roasting marshmallows. Overall, great time with the fam and great stay!
