This was a great Airbnb. 7 of us stayed here comfortably (4 adults, 3 kids). The instructions to get into the parking lot, into the building & into our rental itself were clear step-by-step and included pictures. So helpful. The apartment was so clean. The bathrooms smelled of bleach and had clearly been well cleaned. The bedrooms were a good size and very clean. The huge windows and beautiful view of the city was a major bonus. This apt felt very safe, inside a secure building with staff at the front desk. This apt is so close to Grant Park, tons of restaurants and a very short Uber to the museum campus as well. Plus, Target like 1-2 blocks away in case you need anything! Overall, we had a great stay & this Airbnb is definitely a great find. The only (very small) complaint we had is maybe not quite enough towels. We had to reuse 2 for the kids. Some additional ‘extra’ blankets/throws would be nice also, as we always seem to be a little chilly in rentals.

I needed a local place to stay while my apartment was being renovated, and this spot was perfect – homey and very clean! The unit I stayed in was slightly different from the photos, but the decor and layout were similar (as noted in the listing). It's located in a quieter part of River North but still super convenient, with Whole Foods, CVS, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again!

It was very tidy and clean, well equipped kitchen and washing machine for free use. Accessible by elevator, in general quite surrounding and public transportation close by. Only on weekends you hear the music from the club next door, but only as a slight background noise. Take care of the required verification process in advance. It is relevant to receive the code for the doors. We unfortunately forgot it, but Sonder helped us quickly to solve this.

Jason bent over backwards to accommodate me and ensured the place was accessible well before check in. It was very homey and above all safe with a lockable gate to the street. You cannot beat the location, bars, restaurants, coffee, yoga, good shopping. And 2 minutes from Damen station. Couldn’t believe I found it!

Lovely spacious apartment, we were in Chicago for the marathon and this place was perfect. Travelling downtown was really easy on the blue line. Great host and great communication, thank you!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-maintained, and just as described. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. I had a great stay. It was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. I had a couple questions at the beginning and the host always responded quickly and was super friendly! I always enjoy staying somewhere a little outside of downtown, and this spot was an easy bus ride or train ride to wherever I wanted to go. There’s also a great coffee shop a block away, and some great food nearby too! I loved the birria taco spot.

Easy check in and very clean place. The views are lovely and it's a comfortable apartment.

Very comfortable bed, we did not use the kitchen but it was very roomy. Jay immediately responded and gave us a new code when we couldn’t open the door. The WiFi needed to be reset but it did not affect us, since we were up and out early, and returned late. The parking permits were very comfortable convenient.

Great kitchen for making meals for the family and easy walk to the train station to go places.

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

I try to stay here every time I am in Chicago. The place is beautiful, the location is awesome, and the hosts are absolute angels. This past weekend they could not have been more accommodating and responsive. I had a weather-related travel snafu and first they let me leave late, then allowed me to stay another night, then let me keep my bags at their place while we explored the city after check-out before leaving for our nighttime flight. Letting us do all that would be more than enough but every time I contacted them they got back to me within 5 minutes at most which really took a load off my mind. They could not be better hosts.

Curtis' place was perfect! Being our first time in town, the place was pretty much central to anything we wanted to check out. Lots of variety of good local food nearby. Place was clean and well decorated with a chill vibe, felt right at home. Lots of of cool art, good selection of reading. Curtis was highly communicative. Would stay again!

WWWWOOOWWW!! This host team was EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve stayed in plenty of AirBnBs, and I’ve NEVER encountered a host that was so EXTREMELY accommodating, responsive, and kind! Other hosts should take a page out of their book! The only thing I would change, and it’s not a bad thing (just a matter of preference); I would have some type of blinds or drapes over the living room windows. This will allow for privacy when you’re sitting in the living/dining room areas at night with the lights on inside. Hands down, we would without a doubt book with this team again! This is a great place for the price! The apartment is very spacious and clean. Everything is near the house: gym, Sam's club, Walgreen, community center, Food4Less, etc. The host is very responsive and helpful. Neighborhood is peaceful, and you will meet lots of birds, squirrels, rabbits. Wi-Fi connection is extremely fast, perfect for remote workers. The only minus point is that it's pretty far away from downtown, but I think that's a trade-off for the great price!

I have stayed at one of Briana’s places numerous times. They never disappoint. She is a great host and always responsive if I ever need anything. This condo is very clean quiet, and cozy. I highly recommend.

Such a roomy, comfortable, stylish home with lovely art and amenities! Particularly wonderful were the gorgeous sun deck, comfortable grouping areas (kitchen + adjacent sitting areas), and the many walkable coffee places (get to Dark Matter / Electric Mud Coffee House!) and restaurants.

A hidden gem! We booked this for our getting ready space for our wedding. There was plenty of room for my husband and two boys to get ready in without feeling crowded. We are definitely keeping this on our list of places to stay when we are in town again.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was beautifully furnished, well put together, and looked exactly like the pictures. The vibe was great, and everything exceeded my expectations—I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!
