Leith Docks, many more bars & restaurants at The Shore area of Leith, also Newhaven Fishing Village. Great views, parking, outdoor space, convenient location, great bus service across the road at Ocean Terminal, buses go directly to Princes Street & Edinburgh City Centre. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.Re-decorated and ready for your stay!

Waterfront is steps away from the coastal path. Downstairs has a galley kitchen leading off to conservatory/dinning area at one side,utility room and WC/shower room at the other. Perfect 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Home

Portobello Beach is 15 minute walk away which is a must see especially with kids they will love it in all weathers. Buses (every 10 minutes) stop at end of the street to city centre which takes about 15/20 minutes. Co-op, post office, and various takeaways at end of street. Travel cot available if needed NO parties we will be contacted to deal with any noise at the property as we only live a few minutes away. Ring doorbell has been set up to monitor this.
