Heart of Norman - Walk to Campus & Main Street

Enjoy a cozy stay at this centrally-located bungalow. A prime location between Campus Corner and Main Street makes walking to tons of amenities a breeze. Game days are a blast with a short walk (0.5 miles) to the football stadium. The layout and natural light give the home a larger feel than you might expect as the bedrooms are large, and the entertainment space runs the length of the house. With plenty of little extras like the front porch swing and covered back patio, you'll love your stay!

The Jones House - Walk to OU Stadium & Downtown

The Jones House is part of Norman’s unique History, & is located right off the Legacy Trail. The cottage has been fully renovated and features a private, fenced yard surrounded by mature landscaping & has a new concrete, two car driveway out front. The house is a one bedroom with a full sized pull out bed in the living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, silverware etc for all your cooking needs & new appliances. Digital lock for easy access and front gate also has a lock.

The Prancying Pony is a short walk to the University of Oklahoma Campus, Historic Downtown Arts District, restaurants, and dining. The Pony is a quiet and secluded cabana with beautiful garden and pool. The ambiance, the outdoor space, and neighborhood make this the ideal location for exploring the best of Norman. This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment has one, gated parking spot. Also included is the use of an outdoor grill.

Charming tiny house near OU campus

Nestled in the trees overlooking Eastwood park, just blocks from the OU campus in one direction and the unique shops and restaurants of Main Street in the other, this sweet little hidden gem is perfect for visiting professors, parents or anyone looking for a quiet retreat. *Please note, there are several uneven steps and a gravel path leading to the entrance of the guest house. Definitely NOT suitable for visitors with mobility issues.
