La playa está directamente en frente del apartamento (primera fila de casas, vista directa). Parque infantil, deportes acuáticos, chiringuitos, restaurantes, a unos 100 m del mar. It is approximately 20 minutes away from the town center in walking distance (some 1200 m), and in only 5 minutes in a pleasant walk by the seaside you will arrive to the largest beach of the town of Zadar, called Uskok.
