There’s plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, a fully functional kitchen, and a back yard for the children to play. Little Caesars is directly behind the house across the alley. We are 5 minutes from the US 20 and US 33 off ramp. Shipshewana is 30 minutes East and Notre Dame is 30 minutes west. Be aware that trains do pass by the house 2 blocks away.

The Serenity Suite

The Serenity Suite is one of two listings to accommodate guests. This suite is a 230 sq ft. tiny house studio apartment created in 2022. A kitchen island with 2 barstools is in the center of the space. This can be used as a sit down eating spot or a dedicated workspace. River Retreat

This property offers the entire lower level of our home and back yard that you will have all to yourself. We live upstairs and you have your own private entrance. There is no kitchen, but a gas grill, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge are provided. There are large windows in the master bedroom, and the living room has two large windows in addition to a glass sliding door that opens to a private backyard with fire pit next to the Elkhart River.
