Im „Auge des Hurricane“ bei so zentraler Lage kann es da draußen nicht ruhig zugehen - besonders am Wochenende Nacht - aber Fenster schließen gut! 1A Lage hat ja viele Vorteile - tolle Geschäfte u. Restaurants und wichtigste Durres- Punkte ringsum!

This was an excellent place to stay for us as our original booking got cancelled on the day. Henri was super communicative and let us come with less than an hour's notice to stay for a night. The place was clean and large. We were 7 people and very comfortable. Two floors with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, balcony, TV and a fish tank. It was all very well put together. It is 6-7 minutes walk to the beach, crossing the old railway track. There is a supermarket literally next door, and some restaurants (pizza, kebab) a few minutes walk. But the main sights of old Durres requires a bus which goes from the main road (3-4 minutes walk) and cost us 40 ALL each. The main bus station with buses from Tirana is about 26-28 minutes walk (not recommended) or the 10 minutes bus ride if you can find the bus. The place is basically at the beginning of the beach area very close to the main road, which is a bit of an industrial road. Lots of space for the money and kind host.

Świetne miejsce, czyste wszystko jest na miejscu. Środki czystości, proszek do prania. Nawet pasta do zębów, szampony, worki na śmieci. No wszystko co było potrzebne. Świetny kontakt z Aldo, bardzo pomocny właściciel. Bardzo blisko plaży i świetnych restauracji. Mega polecam

Setmir and his wife are extremely helpful and friendly. They accommodated an early arrival and even helped us find the home since it was difficult to find with Google maps. The place was clean and everything worked well. The only problem was the water. It wouldn't always get hot but it's because it's on a panel so weather and other neighbors can affect that. It was hot most of the time though. And the dog ❤️ I fell in love with their little dog. So friendly. It's a quiet neighborhood with a few small stores within walking distance. Thanks again!

Vin en Ola zijn de beste host die ik tot nu toe heb ontmoet. Tirana/Albanië blijft een onvergetelijke ervaring. Mijn verblijf was absoluut geweldig. Vanaf het moment van reserveren voelde ik me heel welkom. Vin en zijn familie zijn ongelooflijk gastvrij en vriendelijk, waardoor ik me direct thuis voelde. Wat dit verblijf zo speciaal maakte, was hoe behulpzaam de hosts waren. Ze gingen echt boven en buiten om mijn verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Of het nu ging om tips voor lokale bezienswaardigheden, hulp met het regelen van vervoer, of gewoon een gezellig praatje, niets was teveel gevraagd. De ruimte zelf was schoon, gezellig en perfect uitgerust voor een ontspannen verblijf. Het voelde alsof alles met zorg en aandacht was voorbereid. Ik had alles wat ik nodig had en meer. De locatie was ook geweldig. Dichtbij het hart van Tirana. Ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug! Dank Vin en Ola!

Zhanna is an amazing and very hospitable host. She even had her husband pick us up from the airport and drive us straight to the place. The property is one room and perfect for a couple of people. Very clean and the pictures are exactly as described. It is a close walk to the beach which is nice but the area around the apartment is a little run down. Other than that this is a great place to stay if you’re looking to visit Durres.

Wir waren insgesamt acht Nächte bei Fredi zu Hause und haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft sah aus wie auf den Fotos und er hat uns sogar noch Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Er hat uns jeden Tag jeden Morgen ein Kaffee gebracht und war immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist ein geheimtipp, da sie total ruhig liegt und man die Stadt super zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ich empfehle sie weiter.

Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt in Lajlas Apartment. Der Check in war herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und die Aussicht über Durrës ist fantastisch. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Badezimmer sehr sauber. Die ganze Familie reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und kommt sofort vorbei, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder :)

A very good value for the money. The place is like in the pictures. Its not deluxe but it's clean. You have a bit of a terrace for you own use. It is very close to the south part of Durres beach with access to restaurants, shops and bus station. Its easy to reach by car and also you can keep car inside the courtyard. The neighbourhood is very quiet during the night. I recommend it for people with children or solo travelers. Ergent and his family are very responsive.

Martina ?? Und deren bezaubernde Ardit und seine Familie haben uns trotz Verspätung sehr herzlich empfangen, das Haus mit einem wunderschönen Garten liegt abseits vom Tourismus und man kann zu Fuß zum Meer laufen. Für die Umgebung empfiehlt sich ein Auto. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden den tollen Abend nicht vergessen. Ardit antwortet blitzschnell und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

We (family of parents and three grown children) stayed at Ester’s beach house in Lura 1 north of Durrës. The house worked well, and we especially enjoyed the spacious and pretty veranda. We spend many hours there. We faced an issue with the aircondition and the owner of the house called for a workman and stayed for the 3-4 hours it took to fix it, so that was taken care of in a very professional way. The house is perfectly located just 200 meters from the beach and a little supermarket. The beach is good with fine, white sand. The restaurants along the beach were so so, we found a restaurant a little further up the beach called Aqua (located in Lura 3), which we highly recommend, but also a bit more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. All in all a good stay which we can recommend for a family and Ester is very easy to communicate with and replies fast.

Very nice, big and modern apartment near the beach. The host is very very kind, helpful and fast in contact. We had no problems. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment but just call him and he will help you. He is flexible for check out time. Thank you for great stay

Lovely, spacious, very clean apartment with everything we needed. Having two shower rooms was great with 3 boys needing a shower after the beach. Nice, clean kitchen area with plates, equipment, cutlery for preparing meals etc. Air con was in every room. Location ideal, minutes from the supermarket and about 10min walk to the beach/cafes. Lots of free parking. Can use pool if you'd like. Had a great time thank you.

The location was great. The view from the balcony is incredible! It's not a five-star hotel, but the apartment had everything we needed. Redina was always in touch and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for the great attitude to guests!

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand gelegen, Balkon mit Meerblick. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Saimen ist ein top Gastgeber. Er hat und bei allen Fragen und Problemen sofort geholfen. Keine Minute mussten wir auf eine Antwort warten. Er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Vielen Dank für alles!

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

Soggiorno perfetto! L’appartamento è bellissimo, pulitissimo e dotato di una vista davvero mozzafiato. C’è tutto il necessario e anche di più: ideale sia per una vacanza che per lavorare da remoto. L’host è stato super disponibile e gentile, con la possibilità di check-in e check-out in autonomia e video-guide chiarissime per ogni cosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche i consigli su cosa vedere e dove andare nei dintorni. Un’esperienza eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista, torneremo sicuramente!
