You will be in walking distance to downtown, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Salve, Cliff Walk, Mansions, Easton's Beach, a grocery store, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. We are an owner-occupied multi-generational Newporter (+ 1 dog from Tennessee) home. LGBTQ+ friendly. We know the vegan spots if you need them. All are welcome!

Two living rooms for ample space equipped with oversized couches and smart TVs. Modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, comfortable beds and 2 full bathrooms. 10 min to Narragansett beach, 15 min to Newport. Momma Bears Bungalow

Our property is centrally located from all beaches in South County Rhode Island. Walking distance to shopping and groceries also a playground if you have children. Enjoy this beautiful home that we poured our heart and soul into ourselves. There are custom countertops along with the soft touches to make you feel at home. The bathroom is extremely spacious. There is a wide open living/dining area . One queen Bedroom with lots of space. A twin bedroom that extends into a king bed.

Attached to a family home but its own private space—including a private entrance, dedicated parking space, small deck, and lawn area with seating—this sunny studio is in the walkable heart of Wakefield, near URI, beaches, Newport, bike path. We are walking distance to Goddard State Park: with horseback riding, boating, beach, golf, biking, picnics, and trails to run & walk. We are midpoint to Providence, Newport, and Narragansett. Many great restaurants & pubs are within 5 miles or less. We are close to public transportation, kayaking, and nightlife. You’ll love our place because of its' privacy, beautiful natural surroundings, lots of amenities, and the peaceful ambiance. Only 10 minutes from the State Greene Airport.

This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. The space is equipped for long stays, with a dedicated work space, full kitchen, washer, dryer, and storage space. Walk to the bike path or URI campus (we are 1.4 miles from the center of campus). Under 5 miles to Amtrak, stores and restaurants; less than 10 miles to beautiful beaches.

Enjoy your stay by parking your car in the driveway and leaving it there the entire time! This entire house rental offers a welcoming open-concept atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

Downtown middletown private suite - 5min Newport

Private entrance to the suite will not share any space with anyone . Free 2 parking lot. Sun- filled private suite with sofa bed and queen bed, fireplace, refurbished bathroom and living room. No local channels, tv works with your phone connected and free Hulu , Disney + channels. cooking kitchen, has Towel and Pots like kitchenware . Will not disturb the company. Quiet and perfect for couples!

Entire private suite, includes queen bedroom, full bath, sitting room with small refrigerator and microwave, table and chairs - all with off-street parking and separate entrance. Walk to beautiful Narragansett Beach, shops, fine restaurants. Great value and location! Sorry, no pets. (The suite is located on the second floor.)

URI, General Dynamics (EB), Newport

URI is 6 miles away, visit your student. Newport and beaches 15 min drive. RISD, JWU, Brown and Providence 25 minutes. football games. Jazz and Folk Festival. Fall in Newport without the crowds! Newport Mansions, cliff walk. Outside shower will be open Memorial Day weekend. ** Please note the studio is a PRIVATE space.

Radio Room

My Grandfather was a Ham Radio operator ( the antenna is still in the back yard). He converted the back porch into an office; now it is a small one room efficiency with a private bathroom. The room is approximately 14.5' x 10' with 7' ceiling(4.4×3×2.1m). The bath is a 5.5' x 5.5' with 6.5' ceiling (1.7×1.7×2m).
