Wonderful spot in Cold Spring! Very near the town center, trains, and lots of hiking trails in the area, but private and tucked away. Was a perfect spot for a group of 6. Highly recommend.

We really can’t say enough about Jackie’s place. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The home is well appointed and comfortable. The place is so nice we actually cancelled our plans for Saturday night just to stay in and enjoy the vibe. Spent part of the evening just relaxing in the hot tub looking at the amazing night sky!! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and a nice selection of pots and pans. Would highly recommend. Jackie was very responsive and easy to reach.

Enrique's place was conveniently located near Rhinebeck, but alao far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. Worth having a drink in the tavern at Beekman Arms and breakfast sandwiches at Rhinebeck Bagels. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Enrique was a wonderful, informative host, and available if we needed (we didn't). Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at Gretchen's home! There were no surprises as the description was right on and gave us everything we needed. The location was beautiful and the hot tub was an added bonus which many in our family enjoyed. Honestly, we didn't want for anything. Tons of space (inside and out) - a great kitchen with all anyone could need to prepare meals and a large living room for us to root for USA in the Olympics!! Gretchen was responsive and very friendly in all communication. We all felt lucky to be together in such a wonderful environment. THANK YOU GRETCHEN!

My boyfriend and I booked last minute trip! That turned out magical ! The view was priceless, the hot tub was large and had message features, hammock was great. Suite is adorable and very clean. You’re literally on top of a mountain with no neighbors and surrounded by nature. Very private ! We caught an amazing view day and night on a clear sunny day and then a lightning storm in the mist! We missed our farm friends as soon as we left. Accurate listing ! Highly recommend 4wheel drive !

What a gorgeous stay. My partner and I celebrated our five year anniversary here and each detail was perfect. The home is wonderfully curated, with stunning art, decor, puzzles, plates, you name it! And by the window, the feeders attract all kinds of birds that I’ve never seen so up close. Woodpeckers, cardinals, chickadees. You hardly need the TV, it’s so entertaining. The place is spotless and serene. And Rosy is so responsive while giving you complete privacy! You can tell she really cares about the experience she provides. If you’re looking to stay in an artfully cozy home, this is the place.

What a beautiful house! Plenty of space and very clean. The host was very responsive. We were a couple families with a ton of little kids and it was a perfect fit for our needs. There were even toys and a gate for the stairs. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here, especially for families with little ones.

I was looking for a place to experience fall, get some quiet time and experience upstate NY. I got all of that and more. Anne & Tosso were great hosts; always there when I had questions or needed help. I appreciate their concern and flexibility. I was looking for solitude but I could also see bringing my family here. It would be very fun to hang out, cook together, plays games and chill. I can't recommend it enough.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Jim’s beautiful old home. So clean, so thoughtful & tasteful decorated. Great first sunny day for biking & hiking on Harlem Valley Rail Trail and close to restaurants in town. But also great second day when caught in snowstorm. Jim’s house is warm, cozy, comfortable, perfect for a day to relax, read, watch movies, cook, and enjoy the beautiful view. Thank you and we will certainly come back.

Can't think of a better option to the local hotels while visiting my son at Bard. Very comfortable, eclectic, and scenic - with a friendly host and the sweetest cats! Make friends with Kaboodle for free snuggles. Will definitely return next visit. Thanks Tim!

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with the owners was incredibly easy. Mark was responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from start to finish. The home is private and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The setup was beautiful and intuitive, making it easy to settle in right away. Inside and out, the place is just as stunning as the photos—immaculately maintained and thoughtfully decorated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Nice, cozy place. Bedroom lamps are unique and nice for setting a relaxing mood. Gwen is a great host, and she made sure we felt taken care of during our stay. The only ding I can give is that the road is somewhat busy for a neighborhood road. There are moments when it is quiet, but also moments when vehicles are three-deep at the nearby intersection.

Beautiful house with a literal waterfall as the backyard. Incredible white noises and view. The house is also very charming with fun and quirky artworks. Would highly recommend!

This house in Pleasant Valley met our needs over the holidays. We were celebrating with family nearby, and this home was a perfect place to retreat to each night after the festivities.

Marina was awesome. Very helpful and sweet. Had a good experience at this ABNB. Linens were so comfy Plenty of parking. Location was tranquil. We recommend highly.

Great place to use a base for a group staying in area. Bedrooms are reasonable size, but the living space is huge. Two living rooms. Two dining areas. This place would be great if you had local friends to host or another group sleeping elsewhere. Kitchen is large and very well equipped. We cooked Thanksgiving, and only needed a very few extra things. Big yard and there’s some great short hikes nearby. Deborah was even kind enough to set up tables for us for dinner. Enough parking for 5-6 cars. Communication was great.

Ileana was great with getting back to questions we had and making sure that we were able to get into the place seamlessly. It was the perfect weekend get away.

What a beautiful house and location! Our family appreciated the flower gardens and enjoyed saying hello to the horses at the farm next door. Both children and adults loved playing and hiking at Tymor Park, which is right across the street and has hiking trails and a beautiful creek. The kitchen is very well-equipped with a wide range of pots and pans and dishes. For those who like very dark rooms for sleeping, be aware that some bedrooms have inadequate curtains or blinds that aren't fully effective at keeping light out, so bring eye masks. Also for babies who need darkness, be aware there isn't a closet big enough for a pack 'n play. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would love to stay there again.

Dana was beyond amazing!!! Super helpful and super nice! Went for a weekend getaway with my husband. The house was so fun we ended up staying there all weekend making s’mores at the fire pit and going in the hot tub! Definitely would want to stay there again !

Sophie was very helpful with anything we needed. She was very easy to contact. This is our second year at the house and felt like being right at home during Christmas. Lots of rooms for everyone's privacy. Also love the early check-in. and late checkout as well. We truly thank you again Sophie for having us again.
