Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We loved Jennifer’s place. It was exactly like pictured and exactly what we needed. I loved how close it was to the beach. We will definitely come back again.

Phatty was very helpful and always responsive. The house was great and well stocked with whatever we needed. It was comfortable and cozy. Lived that we could walk to stores and restaurants. So close to the beach!!! We had a 6 week stay during treatment at Mayo which was super convenient. It truly felt as a home away.

this place is better than advertised. excellent location, footsteps to the beach and pool. lots of great restaurants around. very convenient unit! the hosts were very responsive and were extremely flexible on check in/out times. i highly recommend this location

I could not be happier with my stay. Coastal Wave was very proactive in their communications and checking in on us to ensure all was as expected and in perfect working condition. I will definitely recommend and will stay with them again in the future.

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway to escape the cold. The Guest Cottage fit the bill in every way. Beach front, private, scenic, cozy, and warm accommodations. The condo was pristine and we all felt right at home. The beautiful sandy beach was an easy few steps from the unit. Lots of medium to small shells to be found. Will definitely be back!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

What a great little place. Beach was amazing to see from balcony. They took the time to ensure we were fine and had what we needed. Very accommodating! I would most definitely stay there again.

My family and I loved this beautiful home. It was new, clean, and welcoming. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The proximity to the beach was awesome as we enjoyed our time down there. My kids loved the pool, chairs, and beautiful backyard. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay right on Jax beach. Updated, clean and modern. Sunrise from the balcony. Lots of great options to eat and drink in walking distance.

A great spot for a vacation! Nothing better than having coffee on the balcony while the kids sleep in!

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Wonderful house, location and host! We have stayed in many homes and hotels in Jacksonville Beach due to appointments at the Mayo Clinic and Michelle’s house is a stand out. Quiet neighborhood. Huge and immaculate back yard. Lovely to hear the ocean from the large screened front porch. Clean and spacious rooms. Michelle was in contact with all necessary information and checked in to make sure we were happy. Thank you for a very pleasant and relaxing stay!

Kent was an amazing host. He was very transparent from the beginning and was extremely responsive. We had an amazing time at his property with our fur babies. The house was very clean and had all the essentials and more you would want in a vacation rental. We were extremely pleased and would stay at Kent’s property again when we visit Jacksonville.

Great location, ease getting in and around the area. Lots to do and see. The home is well maintained, and the host is a great communicator.

Absolutely perfect! We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the accommodations were very comfortable. Could see beach access from front yard, a 2 minute walk and you’re on the beach! Outside shower was a plus. There was a front porch with sitting area as well as a back yard patio area that was completely fenced in. Perfect location to stay for all the local restaurants. Margaritaville, Salt Life Food Shack, and many others within 8 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again!!
