The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged

Driftwood is a lovely bright detached cosy cottage with parking. It is at the end of a quiet pedestrian street. It has 3 double bedrooms one with en suite toilet and sink. Downstairs Family bathroom, kitchen with dining area, cosy lounge with French windows onto a good sized south facing courtyard garden with seating and a BBQ. Garden fully enclosed so safe for dogs. Driftwood is a 4 minute walk to the seafront, coast path, kids play area, indoor swimming pool, shops, cafes, pubs and cinema.

Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Come and explore the outstanding countryside and Jurassic coastline or visit the many local towns-Sidmouth, Honiton, Lyme Regis or venture into Exeter for something to eat or drink. Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.

Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.

Porthole is a unique place in the quiet central part of Seaton situated on Cross Street adjacent to a lovely little park only a short distance from the Beach Newly refurbished, the property is on the second floor with a stunning view over the town to the sea. Passaflora coffee shop is on the ground floor and the town`s Supermarkets, Pubs and Restaurants are a stones throw away. Seatons Tramway is a five minute walk taking you on a rail journey along the River Axe
