Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Set within the grounds of Fernie Castle a beautiful authentic Treehouse with 6 living Trees growing and thriving. Equally beautiful in all seasons especially winter being so very cozy, it is fully heated with lots of hot water for the freestanding bath for two. With all the amenities of a 5 star bedroom, a large freestanding bath on the second floor with a small balcony with views to the stunning countryside it does indeed feel like a fairytale just remember to bring your favourite bubbles...

The Bonnie Wee Bothy

TBWB is a rural off grid eco retreat nestled in the heart of East Lothian, Scotland. This enchanting space is ideal for walkers, couples, and their furry companions. Disconnect from technology and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of nature. Here, you won't find a TV or WiFi, but we offer an extensive collection of books, games, a radio, and even an outdoor bath and new bespoke wood burning sauna for ultimate relaxation. With every booking made we will be planting a tree on the farm.

The Puffin Burrow, North Berwick Beachside

The Puffin Burrow is a lovely self-contained apartment on the ground floor of this magnificent Georgian House. It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower and there is another separate loo. The open plan modern kitchen and sitting room are complete with wood-burning stove and have views of the sea including the Bass Rock and Craigleith Island.

Located within the historic village of Athelstanford you are at the founding site of Scotland's flag. Within a few miles, you have the market town of Haddington and to the North the beautiful seaside town of North Berwick. The nearby coastline has numerous world class golf courses, walking routes and amazing beaches. Drem or North Berwick railway stations are closest.

Beautiful, quaint 16th century cottage, lovingly restored as a dedicated holiday cottage. Located in the heart of an old farm guests can enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful views and owners on site. The cottage has benefited from a complete refurb in 2020 and an enclosed private garden. We sit directly on the river bank and walkway to Haddington and East Linton and a bus link directly into Edinburgh in 45 mins. We are around 15mins drive to the coast and North Berwick.

If you want a trip to Edinburgh it's about a 45 minute drive or you can drive to the local station - about 8 minutes away and take the train which is 25 minutes. Parking at the station is free.
