We had the best stay at Lesley’s apartment, which was so conveniently located across the road from the beach, and walkable to many great cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was so luxurious and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the artworks and how the apartment was styled, made it extra special. Kids enjoyed the books, puzzles and toys. The linen and towels were fabulously soft as well as the beds and pillows- we all had a great sleep! Thank you Lesley for the extra touch of Easter eggs for the kids - we were able to do a little Easter egg hunt in the apartment which made it so memorable! We felt it was very safe and private, and quiet. Perfect for a weekend away.

Staying at Greg‘s place was a perfect location to get around Saint Kilda and access the city. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was cozy.

We had a great time at Annes place. Close to the beach for a nice walk or a drink in the evening. Also close to trams to get to the CBD area. We enjoyed the take away cups she provides and had several iced latte from Frankies around the corner. Recommend!

We stayed here while I was attending classes at the university for a few days, and also over the Easter break. The apartment is in a really convenient spot, about five minutes walk from the uni and also within walking distance to the supermarket and main shopping centre. There are also some nice walking paths nearby which we enjoyed exploring. The apartment itself was well set up and felt both spacious and cosy at the same time. The view from the windows was beautiful and added a lovely touch to the stay. The team was fantastic, really responsive and helpful from start to finish, and communication was clear the whole way through, with Nick and the team going above and beyond in some instances. Everything was clean and well maintained, the kitchen had everything we needed, it was quiet throughout, and check-in was smooth and easy. Overall, a really comfortable and easy place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to others coming to the area.

This was my first visit to Australia and I'm so pleased I booked Tanya and Tims accommodation for my two week stay. A beautiful comfortable, clean apartment in an ideal location. In walking distance to public transport and lots of restaurants. Being opposite the beach and not far from St Kilda Pier is an added bonus. Everything is supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible and Tanya and Tim are very responsive to queries. I was given a late checkout due to an evening flight which was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to future guests and will definitely book again for anymore visits to St Kilda.

Jeanette's place was beautifully. My friemds amd I stayed here the night before the mornington half marathon. The house was Clean well furnished with everything we needed and more. Location was fab nice and peaceful a great stay for a family.

Margaret's place was clean and cosy. It's compact but it had everything we wanted for our stay. We were very happy with every aspect. Margaret is a perfect host who understands what guests need and is very responsive to every enquiry and need. We would definitely book again when visiting the Bellarine.

We loved the interior of the unit, outside needs improving. Sofia was very nice helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Access to beach could not be better.

Paula was extremely welcoming with very clear information and instructions. We felt comfortable in her place the entire time. It’s perfectly positioned in a calm and quiet environment yet easy access to shops and restaurants.

Matt & Talal's home is beautifully furnished, smelt gorgeous on arrival and very clean. We enjoyed the projector, the outside furnishings on the deck were great to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. Close walking distance to the back beach, walkable to cafes and nice quiet street. We loved the extra details around the property that really elevated the entire vibe and enjoyment. Lovely soaps, hair care and oil burners are the extra little things that make a stay really enjoyable. The linen was so cozy and doona was super warm! Kitchen and laundry were well equipped, great coffee machine, laundry was easy to use and washer & dryer was fantastic! Overall super aesthetic home that is well looked after!

We have stayed here twice and are already planning our next trip. Place is across the road from the beach and great walking tracks. We have stayed here with a 7 year old child and again as a group of friends. This place suits both types of situations perfectly. Highly recommended.

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

We had a wonderful experience staying at Daniella’s place. The home was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was quick and easy the entire time. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great access to the beach and Sorrento I’d absolutely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s house. The location is great, it’s only a short walk to the beach and playground. Checking in and out is easy and quick. Andrea is very responsive to our messages and she is very kind to allow us to check in early and check out late. Highly recommend this property to everyone who visits Mornington.

Julia And Marcus were wonderful hosts; the house was exactly as pictured and there was plenty to do for our three kids. There is a nearby playground within a few minutes walk which was really handy and the house was comfortable for our family of five. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check in and instructions were clear. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful and private escape. I stayed here 2 nights with 2 couples. There was ample space for us to hangout together and we had a log fire. A short walk to cafes and short drive to the hot springs. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Easy access into St Kilda and tram into city centre. Hayley was very responsive to any questions pre stay and during. Lots of additional unexpected extras left to eat/ drink and use which is always greatly appreciated when travelling. Would throughly recommend for a short or longer stay. Would suggest a few more serving dishes needed. Shower and bath great, just be aware water comes out very, very hot! Melissa’s condo was the perfect location for our family holiday including 2 children and our Golden Retriever. The home was modern, clean and homely. We were thrilled to find a children’s toy box, kids cutlery, cups, dining wear and outside toys to play with. The courtyard gate opens to an open grass area which was great for the kids to play and dog to toilet. Very handy having a washing machine and dryer. Shower head is sensational! The location is incredible. We walked everywhere. Across the road from the beach, 1 minute walk to the playground and close to local eateries. We appreciate an AirBnb that is so accommodating for children and pets. We can’t wait to stay here again.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location was perfect, with beautiful view of city and the ocean. It was easy to communicate with Jim. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this place.
