Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

The Courtyard Annexe

Lovely cosy self-contained annexe with its own sunny courtyard garden, situated in the market town of Petersfield in the South Downs National Park. Centrally located with off road parking. 20 minute flat walk to the mainline station. Flexible accommodation suitable for couples, small families and friends. And dogs! Petersfield is full of charm with independent shops and lots of places to eat and drink. The perfect base for local event venues, or a relaxing getaway.

Enjoy walking or mountain-biking on the South Downs Way (local bike hire available), explore the beautiful National Trust gardens at Woolbeding, Polo at Cowdray Park or the fantastic sandy beach at West Wittering. Goodwood is a short drive away.

The Mole House
