Amaris is very responsive and helpful and her house is so spacious, clean and well maintained. My kids loved being able to take bubble baths in the oversized tubs and so did I🙂 We also loved the roof top deck and the view was so beautiful especially at night with all the city lights. The beds and comforters were so cozy I want to buy some like that for my own bed! Another thing we loved was after a busy day we could come back to a very quiet peaceful neighborhood home and rest. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops. Lighthouse roasters made amazing coffees and have a really great vibe. We cannot recommend Amaris and her property highly enough. Will be staying there again.

Jill’s home is hands down one of the best stays we’ve ever had! Everything about this beautiful home is A++. The location is fantastic — such an amazing neighborhood, with the house right in the center of the most desirable streets in all of Seattle. And the VIEWS! Wow! Pictures don’t do it justice. The location is also within walking distance of wonderful bakeries, restaurants and shops. And if you’re looking for a daily stroll, take your pick…soooo many gorgeous streets to wander and lovely neighborhood parks to enjoy. The beds are also extremely comfy and the third floor is a dream. We already miss our mornings and evenings sitting on the deck watching the boats and ferries glide by, along with the beautiful sunsets. Bottom line: Jill’s home is a special place. We can’t wait to return!

This was our second long stay at Angela's place, which was our home away from for 3 weeks while visiting our son and his fiance who live nearby. I worked remotely from the home the whole time, and the internet worked fine once we established a wired connection to the router. Angela was very responsive to our needs and questions. In particular she provided a table that worked great for my workstation. She also helped out with a great laundry solution. We arrived in early spring as trees and flowers were just starting to bud, then got to witness the nicely landscaped front yard explode into color. The 6th Ave location was perfect for us, with many excellent restaurants and hip retail options within walking distance. We used the hot tub several times and loved the sense of private and peaceful hot tubbing in the midst of an urban hub.

Fantastic getaway location that offered tremendous privacy. Extremely spacious house that was even bigger than the pictures made it look. House had everything we needed from plenty of towels to soap/spices/basic amenities. For those coming in the winter months, be aware that the drive up is extremely steep and I would highly recommend 4 wheel drive if there is snow or ice. Rita was extremely proactive and responsive with her communication! Definitely worth the stay for a small group looking for a peaceful place to escape.

Beautiful place and enough space for two. Ballard has so much charm. Especially in the spring time. All the pictures were pretty accurate and the TV was even updated. The deck and outdoor seating was a huge plus. Easy access to the city and everything else Ballard has to offer. I’d check out the Farmers Market! I would stay here again!

We had a really wonderful stay in this rustic and romantic tiny home. Plenty of wood to stoke the fireplace and outdoor fire pit. The house itself was very comfortable and homey. We spent a lot of time around the ample kitchen table drinking coffee and chatting. The outdoor clawfoot tub was the highlight of the house. So much fun and so relaxing to take a hot soaker and listen to the complex soundscape of nature and people about their lives. Really though, the reason for the stay was the large secluded property to roam around on and the access to the magical private beach! So much nature and beauty. It's what living in the Northwest is all about! Highly recommend. We'd definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Airbnb in Greenwood w/ heavy Japan-inspired decor. Jeffrey is an excellent host. The rooms are very interesting - something new to look at in every corner. - hot tub: prepped clean and hot! A little difficult to raise the cover with one person, recommend two working together. - sauna: so cool! Wood burning stove inside heats the small room. Fairly easy to follow instructions. - outdoor shower: indeed quite private and useful for the outdoor amenities - sleeping: very unique situation with two lofted areas and the sofa bed in addition to the main bed down a few steps. I'd advise caution ascending and descending the lofts' ladder-stairs, & a little dusty up top but very fun - kitchen: very sharp knives! Clean fridge with cold water and ice. Easy to use gas stove. Dishwasher and drying rack. - living areas: comfortable sofas and interesting decor. Take care to exercise reasonable caution and care - check-in and out: keypad door and not too many steps Overall, would book again

Our stay began with a personal note and pastries from a local French bakery. The space was charming and homey. Renee was very responsive yet respected our space. We enjoyed the patio and garden area which was beautiful. Neighborhood was peaceful and walkable to nearby coffee shops. We left feeling like we made a friend.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—just a short walk from the bus stop (we took it to Pike place) and some cozy cafes. Kelly was responsive and everything was as described. Would definitely book again!

We stayed in this place for 52 days. It worked very well for our family of 4 and a small dog. It had plenty of beds, the sheets and towels were very nice quality. The place was roomy and we were comfortable. We missed having a TV in the upstairs because the dog was not allowed in the downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, silverware, utensils, etc. There was a gas grill that was nice and an extra propane tank for use when we ran out. It was a quick switch and we appreciated this. It was cold for the area when we were there and the heated kitchen floors and bathroom floors were amazing. There was plenty of parking for our 2 vehicles and a trailer. From the description it was unclear if we could use the garage which we could not. There were several doors to the outside with ample deck and patio area. We needed to extend our state a week and they were flexible for us which was helpful.

Martha and her husband were so nice even though we only seen them twice during our week stay. Both times Martha was super friendly and knowledgeable. there were beautiful views from the back yard of the property and right down the road aswell. my girlfriend and i had a great time exploring the Olympic national park and whole peninsula from her place. we will definitely be back to this amazing state and would stay here again in the future. Thank you again.

A wonderful place!! My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Caroline‘s Little Farmhouse so much and would have loved to stay longer. It is a beautiful, bright and very charmingly decorated house in a lovely rural and quiet setting. Everything was thought of, there was even eggs and milk in the fridge, and bowls and towels for the dog. Thanks Caroline!

Tricia’s place was super cute and cozy. Every little detail had been considered from soft furnishings to info brochures, games for inside or outside and even oatmeal, pancake mix, coffee creamer, water filter & even frozen treats like ice cream in the freezer! Tricia even messaged me and offered to bring me treats from the bakery! How kind and thoughtful. The bed was super comfy too, I rarely sleep well away from home but I did here! Thanks so much Tricia, you’re an amazing host, you certainly went above and beyond.

Theo and Maria’s place was the perfect getaway for me and and my dog. It had everything I needed, was tastefully decorated, clean, comfy, and in a beautiful tree and flower lined neighborhood. The backyard was a big plus. All my questions were answered promptly and check in/check out was super easy and smooth.

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

The condo was great in every way for our visit and for our purposes. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen, the large dining table (instead of the common, but ridiculous Air BnB bistro table that barely accommodates one person), and the good quality linens. Joyce was a great communicator until we checked-out, then I never heard from her again and was hoping to get a response to my messages. Joyce was able to coach me through the TV and DVD player's connections and was able to troubleshoot from afar. This was impressive! This property won't be available for long as it is being sold. That's too bad as we would love to rent it again in the future. Highly recommend Joyce as a property manager.

Lovely condo in Belltown near all the attractions! Loved the included parking for one car. Super secure building! The condo itself was great, plenty of space for four adults! Nice amenities including gym and pool and hot tub! Very walkable location! Would definitely stay again next time we are in Seattle!

Kory was a wonderful host who was highly communicative and ensured we had what we needed at check in and check out. We came in town for the Apple Cup at Lumen and a few games at T-Mobile and the location is an easy 10 min Uber. We left the Friday mariners game early but got to see all the fireworks from the balcony. Perfect spot if your plans include SoDo. Thank you, Kory!

My daughters and I truly enjoyed our stay in Seattle, and staying at Emma's place very much contributed to our enjoyable trip! She was so responsive throughout the booking and trip planning process, and was incredibly flexible with our checkout process. The condo was comfortable, in a great location for walking to various activities, and close to many restaurants. Emma was a great host - would definitely stay at a property of hers again in the future when I'm in the area again.

Ian's place was great. We enjoyed spending our evenings with family after the days adventure. The pool house and outside patio are amazing we all really enjoyed it. The house has anything you need and communication with Ian was prompt and easy. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Gayle and her staff were great! Their instructions were clear and thorough. They were friendly and very helpful in helping us have a great experience in visiting Seattle and the surrounding areas. My family and friends were thrilled with our stay!

The view was amazing and the location easy to find. If we had the time and the weather was nice we would just sit out on the balcony and just watch the marketplace bustle. The space was clean and many essentials were provided. We utilized the pool/hot tub/gym daily which was super nice after all the walking we did during the day. Target being downstairs was also very convenient especially since I needed to grab another luggage cause I ran out of space in the one I brought. The only complaints I might have is that it can be quite loud at night and I was woken up quite a few times. However, ear plugs are provided though I didn't use them because they get uncomfortable after a few hours. We had no actual issues but it can also feel a bit unsafe at night if you're out late due to the homeless population though that is not a fault of the hosts. Despite that I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Just the view and convenience outweighs anything else.
