Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. An 8 metres x4 metres open plan arrangement with well equipped kitchen area, dining table and 2 chairs, double bed in the bedroom area, 2 seater sofa, log burner and separate bathroom. Along with Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for internet access only, you'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Outside pergola, patio area and chiminea for the warmer weather.

A lovely Suite overlooking the courtyard and garden to which you have free access. Pocklington is 2 miles, with plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants. The local pub is ten minutes walk. York is a 30 minute drive. We are perfectly placed for walking, cycling or driving holidays. York 12 miles.
