The only issue I had was finding the apartment - in the dark. The listing should say “Find #58, then use the key on the door to the right of that sign and go up to the top floor”. Apart from that - one of the nicest and most comfortable Airbnb’s I have stayed in - easy walk to the centre and all the attractions, lovely, very comfortable and clean apartment. I would recommend this to anyone visiting York.

Lovely flat. Very central to city centre. On a quiet road, so very peaceful. Furnished to a high standard. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in York.

We had a great time staying at Ben’s flat. It has everything you need and is simple, clutter-free and clean. Instructions for entering and parking were clear, the property feels very secure as there are 3 levels of code-entry doors from street to flat and the location is great for exploring York. 15-20 minute walk to the Shambles and centre of town and great local restaurants (really recommend Valentino’s 5 mins walk away and Ate O’Clock 15 mins walk away). A great flat in a great location, with a helpful host. Thank you!

Excellent location near York railway station and an easy walk into town. There’s a Sainsbury’s Local on the corner for provisions. It’s a beautiful apartment in immaculate condition and beds configured into 4 singles as we requested.

Lovely downstairs apartment, clean and modern and a perfect size for two adults and two small children. Great secure parking and around 20 minutes walk from York Minster, it’s a perfect base to explore the city for a few days. We will definitely return. Lovely apartment right in the centre of Hull, short walking distance to the quay and the main shopping centre. The apartment was very clean, and matched the description completely, and Kelly’s instructions for checking in was spot on. Kelly’s communication was excellent throughout. We will definitely be back!

We had a wedding in York and booked Dawn’s house on all the reviews and recommendations. We were not at all disappointed! Very spacious house with all we needed. Getting into town was easy and being near to the station was good for my son and his girlfriend who also stayed with us. I would throughly recommend staying here Dawn kept us informed on all aspects of our stay. Thank you for an amazing time!

The house is fantastic, I'd say the photos don't do it justice. There were 8 in our party but there was more than enough space for everyone. Caroline was a great host from the moment we placed the booking giving us all the information we needed and always answered any questions within minutes. Caroline even told us when the house was available for us to check in which was a couple of hours before the check in time stated which was very nice. The hot tub was also a nice extra to relax in after walking around through the day, this was our first time in Hornsea but we'll be visiting again and hopefully we'll be able to book Milton House again, thanks again Catherine.

Great stay in a very clean, little house. Modern fittings, very well equipped, very quiet area, 10 mins walk from the centre of York. Secure off street parking was also included, a real bonus as York is a lot of permit parking only. Would definitely recommend this great little house, thank you for letting us stay.

We had a fantastic time at Claire's house. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious - we all wanted to move in full-time! The kitchen is a chef's dream come true - we cooked a big family meal & had all the supplies needed. The house is a short walk to the waterfront, town, shops, restaurants and pubs. Our host was very friendly and very responsive. We highly recommend Claire's place and hope to stay there again next time we are in Hornsea.

We've had a lovely one night stay. This is a beautiful house finished to a high standard. Spotlessly clean and lots of thoughtful touches. Really quiet location but only 10/15 minutes walk from the centre. Jim was very responsive when we messaged; no problems with anything but helpful communication before and during our stay. A brilliantly hidden find. Peaceful, private, relaxing and just on the edge of York. A great size and very comfortable. Will hopefully be available next time I’m back in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It's ideally located to walk around York enjoying the many attractions, cafes, restaurants and shops. While it is a small terraced house with a steep staircase, as Victoria described it, it was a peaceful yet central base for our trip and had all the things we required including a cot for our baby. Victoria left us some milk and brownies, which we really appreciated. Communication with her was easy.

Emily's place is in an interesting old building by the Foss. The apartment was clean, spacious, well-equipped and quiet. Double-glazed windows also cut out any street noise below, although even with the bedroom window a little open, we were not disturbed. There are many cafes and restaurants around and the Merchants' Hall is a couple of minutes walk. Although we did not meet Emily, she always communicated efficiently and in a friendly and helpful way. Recommended!

We had a great stay at this flat! The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk from all the main attractions, which made exploring the area really convenient. The flat itself is in great condition: fresh, clean, and beautifully maintained. The ensuite bathroom was a nice touch, and the big TV was perfect for relaxing in the evening. I especially appreciated all the thoughtful little touches the host provided—tea, snacks, shampoo, bin bags, and even wireless chargers by each bed and a wireless speaker. These details really make a difference when you’re staying for a short time. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful property in such an incredible location! You’re never more than 15 minutes walk from anything within York’s walls. The apartment is stunningly decorated and the artwork throughout is gorgeous. We’ll be staying again.
